I have ordered from Goldbelly several times. I recently ordered stone crab and a cake for my sister-in-law's birthday. The stone crab arrived on time and were fabulous. The cake has never been delivered even though my credit card was charged. I have contacted Goldbelly by email. They responded with a message that someone would reach out to me within 4 days. It has been 8 days and I have had no response so I tried calling them only to hear a message that says phone support is suspended due to COVID-19. They have their money and my sister-in-law did not receive the birthday cake. Very disappointed in the lack of customer care.
