Well after i purchased Daum cash recharge from them they sent me a conformation email after my payment was received asking for important information which could be used to steal my identity very easily (we need the picture of your Id card or passport or driver's license ,and the other picture is ,take a photo show your face and the ID card or passport or driver's lincense on the same picture ) this was copy and pasted from the email but i have to say there customer service was really good i got the refund almost immediately
