DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! They are frauds!!! Taking people鈥檚 money and not sending the items!!!
I ordered 2 items over a week ago with special delivery and they never arrived. They took the payment and ignored all of my messages since. I have tried to contact them multiple times on Instagram, via email, Facebook, their website.. but they never reply, they ignore the messages and delete comments!!!
They will reply when you want to buy something but as soon as they have your money they don鈥檛 send your items and ignore you. Worst company I鈥檝e ever ordered from. Do not make this mistake.

Such a bad company, do not order from here! Ordered a bracelet for 拢70 received no shipping email so contacted them via email- no reply. Contacted them through Instagram where they would ignore my messages but read them and also deleted my comments on their page. When they finally replied they said they had already shipped it out if that was the case where was it and where was the tracking information? They then said the bracelet I wanted was out of stock so said I can have an alternate and would ship out tomorrow and send tracking information over. Then they ignored my messages. When I finally asked for a refund as I had enough and was tired of being scammed they ignored me and once again deleted my comments but couldn鈥檛 email/reply back to me. Such bad customer service! I then made a post on Instagram to warn others about what had happened and they blocked me straight away with no refund & no product!

I got scammed like so many others, do not listen to these so called good reviews, the fact that you cannot send review on their own website says it all.
They did not send my item just collected the money, but not with me, I cancelled the transfer and got my money back thanks to AMEX. They won't reply to your email nor to the messages on their website via chatbox.

Furthermore, they've done a very good job to trick people by creating a website which looks legit, however, no address, no telephone, no VAT nothing complete SCAM.
Also the prices should have been alerting…. that is my fault to be honest.

I ordered a bracelet just over a week and paid for next day delivery, still nothings came! I stupidly didn鈥檛 check the reviews on here before I purchased, I鈥檝e message them on every platform but still nothing, Low Life Scam Bags!!!!

STAY AWAY, bought a bracelet payed for next day delivery a week ago ? Tried to contact them by phone email messages with no response. Shocking customer service this company is not real in my opinion. More action taken.

I don't understand how this company is receiving bad reviews, they're always helpful. The gold plug necklace I purchased people assume if It's a few thousand pounds when in actual fact it was 拢70 so that only speaks for the quality itself that it's unreal. Floyd Mayweather complimented the necklace at an event on 2nd March 2020 in Blackpool. If the best boxer of our generation likes it then I'm sure everyone else should. 馃憣

Before my purchase from this site i did check reviews on here which seemed to be mostly negative. However , i went ahead and made a purchase. Please guys beware of these scammers , they seem genuine when you use thier online help chat but are bunch of absolute frauds. I even paid for next day delivery which was about 拢10 extra, still haven鈥檛 received my order or not even an dispatch email. They dont seem to respond once you do the payment. So guys , as a bitter personal experience please stay away from this website. Do not order from here by mistake. NOT RECOMMENDED

Never trust this company
Girlfriend bought me a link bracelet, was late arriving even though she payed special delivery. when it got here the link was broken, came in a plastic tube. Flimsy and not silver at all. And also a crystal missing from the bracelet. We鈥檒l be waiting on the refund. Could of got better from China鈥檚 supermarket!!!

DO NOT TRUST!!! They don鈥檛 have a phone number. I have contacted them via Facebook and Instagram and they are just ignoring my messages. My stepson bought a chain for himself for Christmas having saved all of his pocket money and it never showed up he鈥檚 absolutely gutted. Wish I had seen all the other bad reviews earlier. I really hope they rectify this but having had no reply I can鈥檛 see that happening.

Ordered an item, payed for next day delivery as well. It鈥檚 been 3 days now I sent them an email and message them on their Instagram page and no reply! Plz stay away from them. I鈥檓 going to call my bank for a charge back!

Ordered a chain didn't arrive, contacted them on Instagram and they agreed to send me a new chain with an extra item for the trouble would recommend their pieces are very nice will be ordering again

Order a chain last month and they said to me it will come 23rd to 27th last month and it didn鈥檛 and they lie to me so won鈥檛 bad anything else on here and then they lie again saying it been shipped sir and still waiting I think the website is a scam

Would never order anything from these. Sent three e-mails to ask about the length of a bracelet (because it didn't state the length) and not received a reply. My girlfriend even messaged them through Facebook twice and no one's ever bothered to reply. Wouldn't trust this seller at all. Order from them at your peril.

Item was purchased on the 10th December. Delivery date was supposed to be 7-10days later. It鈥檚 now 14 days later it was a birthday present the birthday was missed. I鈥檝e been contacting them every day for about a week now and all I keep hearing is it will be with me soon. I keep asking for a refund and get ignored. The minute I mention refund I get no response. I want my 拢300 back as I paid for quicker delivery.
