Milena D. is an excellent teacher! She is extremely committed and competent, and a very patient and pleasant teacher. She always checks my difficulties and tries to work on the most important points to ensure that I learn the German language. The lessons are dynamic and cover all aspects to learn the language, conversation, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation. I have learned a lot and quickly since I started classes with her!

I have been learning German with Maja for 4 months now and I couldn't be happier. Her well-structured and still challenging classes have been keeping me motivated and accountable. An important part of the class is focused on conversation and she always corrects my mistakes and helps me with new vocabulary in a very casual way, which has been helping me to progress faster and to build up my confidence.
GOI setup is my favourite one so far: affordable, practical, organised, easy to manage.

I know GOI since 2016. At that time online learning is still new. I had a 10-hour individual class. because of my new job I stoped there. 2020 start again and find out GOI is still running. without hesitate. Well design website helps me start easy and smooth by setting my learning goals and payment easy. they assign one of the best Nora. L. She usually only teaches german face to face or in a group in Uni. She quickly find a way to help me learn clearly. welled planed before class and stuctured according to my weak spot. I've been learning German with Slava P. and I have to say that I'm more than happy about it. Her teaching methods are clear and effective, plus she's always helpful and accommodating. I feel I'm making some real progress thanks to her.

I've been learning German with Nora for roughly six months, and have had a fantastic experience. I came in with a slightly unusual background, already having a good grasp of German and with the goal of having a speaking partner to help improve my skills. Nora has been all that and more. She has helped me greatly over the six months, and structured all of our work together according to my own style (casual, not formal grammar classes) and interests (watching videos / reading articles during the week for discussion in class). I couldn't rate this experience higher.

I have been learning German with Slava for almost two years. She is very structured and patient. She prepares every lesson and provides a lot of learning material. I will continue my learning with this platform and Slava.

I have been learning German with GOI for over 5 years now, always with the same teacher – Martina K. Learning online is really very practical, after the day at work (or these days in home office) I do not need to go anywhere for the language classes. I sit comfortably on my couch and enjoy my 1to1 lesson, at my pace. Martina is the main reason why I stayed for so long and I can wholeheartedly recommend her as a teacher to anyone who is thinking seriously about learning German. The lessons are always perfectly balanced between conversation, grammar and other language competences. This year I have gone through buying a flat in Switzerland. I was able to handle the real estate agent, the notarial office and the mortgage formalities – all in German. This should be enough of a proof that Martina really did teach me German such that I can use it in practical, real-life situations. During my time at GOI I have passed the telc B1 and B2 exams with highest possible grade. I am actually just about to take the C1 exam. In short – if you want to learn German try GOI and ask for Martina K. as a teacher.

I am enjoying the experience with GOI and just extended my classes. I had experience in both in classes / in person Lessons before and now online with GOI, and the difference in the two approaches is negligible.
Very good tools and teaching material. The framework and the pace of my classes with Nadja is very structured and well prepared. She comes to class with great energy and she keeps me awake after a long day at work! The class is fun and something to look forward to, so she deserves 5 stars.
I gave 4 stars overall because I believe there can be an improvement in the GOI platform when it comes to scheduling classes and payments. The system is rock solid, but could be modernized.

It is my good luck to have Anna. M as my German teacher. We have walked through for over 20 lessons since Sep. together. It has always been a pleasant journey. I improved a lot on listening and speaking from the lessons. I was shocked by myself that I could speak so much German out of nowhere in the back of my mind. That was my impression after the first lesson. Thanks to Anna. M! The lesson with her is very relaxing and interesting, just like chatting with friends. The homework she gives is sufficient to enlarge my vocabulary and enhance my grammar. Anna. M is capable to read my mind. When I don't know how to speak something in German, she backs me up instantly. With her help, I am confident that I can reach my goal to pass B1 level within next year soonest.

I really enjoy our classes with Bojana R. She is very friendly and precise. The classes are versatile and well put together. The content and the thematic of the classes are adjusted to my needs. I have made great progress, and highly recommend her.

Melina M. is a great teacher, very didactic and very professional.
My daughter (8 years old) loves learning German with Melina and she appreciates a lot the interactif platforms. The method is very modern and the kids are naturally interested, without a lot of effort.

I am taking German lessons through Nilay. She is a high quality teacher who is perfect for my requirements. She listens to my objectives and delivers a service that helps me achieve my stated goals. She is patient, which is great because I don't feel stress when making mistakes or asking the same question she just explained to me. This is the type of environment where one can learn most efficiently and confidently. I like the flexibility she offers to work at my pace, slower or faster as the situation requires.

My teacher Maria is great! During our one hour lessons, we have a perfect balance between conversation and grammar, which are both very important. It is also very easy to fit in a weekly lesson after work because she makes the lesson very fun, so it doesn't feel stressful. My confidence in using German has increased a lot in just a few weeks. I highly recommend!

Maria is a very good and prepared teacher. She uses different methodologies (Listening, writting, speaking) to estimulate her students.
She also listens to what her students are interested in and incorporates as possible in her classes. For example, we are based in Switzerland and she is able to bring great examples in both High German and Swiss German.
We are very satisfied with what we have learned with her so far.

I've had a really positive experience with GOI. The platform, Google Hangout, is very simple and easy to use and allows both you and your teacher to work easily with each other. My German teacher is Anna.M and she is so enthusiastic and caring about my progress. I always feel encouraged to work hard on my German whilst also having fun during our lessons. I will definitely be continuing my lessons with Anna.M and GOI and really recommend anyone looking into learning German to do so too!

A great way to study with a lovely and motivating teacher, Vanja A. Being able to choose the lesson times and amounts is a big plus, and working on a one-on-one basis really allows us to go into detail or to spend more time on an aspect that needs attention. One thing that is really useful is that all corrections are noted by Vanja in a document which I can then refer back to as it is transferred straight to my google drive via the google classrooms set up.

GOI fits me perfectly as I could choose the times and frequency according to my schedule and learning goals. My teacher Lena L is amazing. I highly recommend her as she is not only very knowledgeable, but also very fun. Her lessons are interesting, which keeps me engaged and makes me speak a lot. Lena L has a great teaching style as she doesn't correct me after each sentence. Instead she corrects me afterwards, which makes our conversation flowing and fun. Kudos to Lena L!

Initial pilot lesson was great; and help getting scheduled once payment was made was available. So far so good!

Thanks to my teacher Maria L. I not only learned a lot and gained confidence in speaking German, but also started to really enjoy learning the language. Online classes are easy to attend, I have all the class notes written down and all the necessary tool to learn German with fun and pleasure.
The GOI platform is not the easiest one to use when it comes to booking the classes. I hope you will improve the platform to make it more user-friendly. Thank you!

I've absolutely loved taking German classes from German Online Institute. Ana M. is a great teacher and always tailors the lessons to my level. I appreciate that she spends time preparing for my class – there is never wasted time within the hour. I highly recommend that if you're debating to take an in-person class vs. online, 1-1 class, take the online 1-1 class with Ana M.!

I have had a wonderful experience with the German Online Institute: Clara K is punctual, well prepared and very patient. I highly recommend her as a teacher. The system is pretty easy to use to book and change classes, and I think it's really good value.

Me and my wife have been using GOI for about half a year already and we are super happy with it. Thanks to my teacher, Martina K, I was able to drastically up skill my German. With only 2 months of lessons I already felt comfortable having basic conversations with people, ordering food, asking for directions, chitchatting, even talking to colleagues.
I really enjoy my classes with Martina K, in only 3 months I finished A1 thanks her support and encouragement and I'm know on my way to completing A2.
I love the 1:1 format and private lessons. It allows you to learn at your own pace.
