To be honest there wasn't a single point in my transaction experience with Gohatoys.com where I felt 100% sure I was going to get what I paid for.

I'll start from the beginning.

I saw a listing for a PlayStation VR AIM controller and Firewall game for $62.00 from the site. I was excited and immediately made my purchase. After that I received several emails confirming the order and saying I would receive shipping information in the near future. I checked my bank account transactions and saw that exactly $62.00 had been taken out. This is where the first suspicion came to play, as the purchase went to some Vietnamese name, and not Gohatoys, as I had expected.

So, sketchy as that was, I carried on hoping my purchase was legit. A day or two goes by and I still have not received any shipping information. I go back to the website and attempt to contact their support at the emails listed, and sure enough the email addresses don't actually exist. Strike #2. I'm now looking up the website to see if others have had issues with it being a scam and, like everyone else I've seen leaving a review here, the conclusion was a resounding yes. And it didn't help that later that day the website got shut down.

So I go to my bank to contest the charge and they inform me I have to fill out a form online for that. In the time it took me to go home from the bank I received an email with the shipping information, sent from the same Vietnamese name that my money went to. At this point, I'm willing to ride this through to the end. Even if it is a scam, it's so elaborate that I'm willing to give it my patience. The delivery was scheduled for that Saturday, and I was prepared to receive a box full of rocks or dead animals.

Friday comes and I stop by my apartment office to check to see if any packages arrived for me. To my surprise, a large box from a Best Buy in Kentucky was there for me. Over the course of Black Friday I made no purchases from Best Buy, so I was confused. Regardless I took it home and opened it up, and wouldn't you know it was the PlayStation VR AIM controller and Firewall game, brand new and ready to go. Keep in mind, the Gohatoys website was listed as being in CALIFORNIA, my shipping information stated the package was coming from VIRGINIA, and the package actually came from a BEST BUY in KENTUCKY.

My mind is blown. Through thick and thin, this company pulled through for me. I feel that all my bad luck over the course of my life has led to this small beacon of karma coming to bless me with this purchase. So many signs pointed to it being a scam, yet here I am; with the items I paid for and a smile on my face. I feel sorry for everyone who wasn't as lucky as I was, I truly can't explain what made my experience different from yours other than I was clearly better than you.

All of that being said, I'm only giving this 4-stars because there were no emails to contact when I had questions about the shipping. If it wasn't for that I'd give 5-stars. I got exactly what I paid for, paid less for it than I would at other sites, AND I got the package a whole day early.

Like the others stated, it was a scam. Ordered LOL Surprise item and never received it. The links in the confirmation email led to nowhere. The email I tried sending didn't go through Paypal is currently dealing with the issue so I hope to get my refund soon.

Same as some other people here. I ordered a Harmony Hub, been waiting over two weeks. I look up tracking details. They sent it from KY on 11/13, it reached my State of MN on the 14th, and they submitted a return request to UPS, so the item was returned to them.

Not sure what scam they are trying to pull here. Are they just hoping some people won't notice or bother to file a dispute? But then why go through the trouble and cost of shipping something out?

I ordered a Lodge dutch oven, received a confirmation email and shipping confirmation with a legitimate tracking UPS #. Only problem is before it reached my house I received an exception notification from UPS with the message that a request had been made to return the package to the seller. I tried to contact the company through the portal on their website and by emailing the customer service email provided there as well. I received no response except a message from the server letting me know the emails I'd sent were undeliverable. The dispute I opened with Paypal was settled today. They were unable to get any response from the seller either so refunded the purchase price to my account. Thank you Paypal.

I ordered a Roku. The same day I needed to cancel the order. An email confirmation of my invoice arrived and said to reply if I had any questions. I did and my email was returned. I then used a contact form on their website, 2 email addresses on their website and even the email address for them on the Paypal site. All were returned as undeliverable. There is no phone number on their website. I have already filed my dispute with PayPal.

I also got scammed by this company. I placed an AirPods. They immediately sent me 2 email – one confirmation for the order and one email saying the product was 鈥減rocessing鈥?and that they would 鈥淯PDATE TRACKING SOON鈥?

Ten days later they send an email saying the item was out of stock.

鈥淚TEM OUT OF STOCK – PLEASE MAKE A DISPUTE IN PAYPAL TO REFUND YOUR MONEY.鈥?br />

This is a total scam. It seems like they are doing this with multiple people.

Same as the other reviews. This site is a total scam and somehow managed to get space on Google's shopping banner when I searched for an AppleTV. I researched the business address and it leads to a very sketchy building in the LA area. Do not buy anything from them.

I ordered an item for the nintendo switch, and like the other reviews I've seen on this site, got an email back about a week later telling me the item was out of stock and that I could file a dispute on PayPal.

I ordered a NES classic from them and about a week later they send me a email stating the item is out of stock and to contact PayPal to file a dispute for a refund. When I attempted to contact them as to why I need to go through PayPal to get my refund the email was instantly returned saying that email address was not found. I would stay far away from this company in my opinion seems like a scam.

I place an order with them and after checking the website I found that the item was out of stock 6 day later. They never contacted me to let me know and did not offer a refund just told me to contact PayPal and file a claim. Stay away from Gohatoys.com bad customer service
