I think that GoGo Meds is a proactive patient oriented pharmacy. They did help me in getting my prescription filled and at a lower price than if I used my prescription plan.

I'm grateful to the kind man who answered my call when my prescription ran out, and I wasn't due to see my doctor for another year. I knew my doctor's office was in the midst of a move to a new location, and I wasn't sure how I'd get a new prescription. But the GoGoMeds rep assured me he'd contact my doctor and have her convey a new prescription, which is exactly what happened. Before I knew it, GoGoMeds emailed me that my new prescription had been received and my meds were being shipped to me. Thank you GoGoMeds!

Easy to refill, enjoy the part where you remember when my prescriptions are do for a refill. If you relied on me to remember, I be running out. So I I really do like the auto refill.

Communication response and wait times were much worse than 6 month to a year ago..
It seems you have lost some of the edge that made us choose you over and above the competitor.
Your decision to cut back qty from 5 to 3 on the Latanoprost only make convienience more of a problem now going forward.
