This is a scam website. I have scheduled a payment but did not receive any flowers. The letter has not received any reply at all. Never trust it. There is no phone number and address. I ca n鈥檛 help you. Report, only received their letter from February 25th that my order has been cancelled, this is really f u c k i n g.

Ordered classic bouquet from the Gogo florist website, stated 12 roses, upon delivery, only 10 roses.
Paid premium monies got 12 got 10.
Sometimes what is advertised ain鈥檛 what you get, beware.

I ordered flowers for Valentines (Order #GG23000)
Soon after I got an order confirmation by email, but no flowers where ever delivered. I have tried several times to write to them about this by email, but they do not answer any of those messages. Now I had to contact my credit card company. I advice all customers to away from gogoflorist.

This is a SCAM. Flowers never delivered.

I have reported them to Pay Pal and my credit card company.

This company is a ripoff. I ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. Same as the other reviewers: I received a confirmation number and never heard from them again. They took the money and didn't deliver anything. No reply from their customer service either.

I'll have to file a chargeback with the credit card company.

Order number is GG22898 but I鈥檝e emailed you three times with no reply. I鈥檝e already contacted my bank about the fraudulent activity.

I have ordered flowers for valentine's day and they replied with email and order reference number.
it was last time I have heard from them…..
the flowers were ever delivered, no updates were sent to me on the status of the delivery.
I have contacted them so many times and they did not reply to email. They don't answer phone calls.
Once they get the payment, they disappear. Just a disgrace!!

Terrible company. Cancelled orders at the last minute, no replies to e-mail and refunds take forever (if you receive the amount back at all). Tried this supplier twice, but disappointed both times.

So grateful for the service excellence. After reading some of the feedback I was sceptical at best but now I could not recommend more highly.

Excellent customer service and beautiful cake and flowers. I was in constant communication with a couple of questions after I put the order in initially. The response time was very quick. They sent me a picture of the cake before it was delivered and of the flowers as well. I was very happy with the product and the service. But most importantly the person that I sent it to was very happy. Thank you.

The company delivers flowers in Thailand. Here are some ideas for reviews I ordered flowers and they were quickly delivered and my girl was really happy I am a regular customer, always have been satisfied. Beatiful flowers delivered. And delivered on Sunday too so that's really great Thank you excellent service My flowers were delivered to my wife in Bangkok. Lovely flowers and great service GogoFlorist have a great selection of flowers, I'm happy with their service all-round. Thank you, everything was perfect.

SCAM COMPANY. I received an email stating flowers were delivered. Flowers were not delivered and the recipient was not contacted as requested. They don't reply to emails after they have received payment. AVOID.

Ordered Flower delivery. Receive email claiming flowers were delivered. Receipient never got them.
God knows who and where they delivered them to if at all.

Valentine Day ruined, money paid but flower went missing. Emails sent but no response. When request for refund then received reply from the flower shop that claimed that item had been sent. The truth is the flower was not sent! I requested for receipt voucher and no reply again! Incompetent company!

Totally incompetent in organizing, planning and executing simple predictive events such as Valentines day. If I did project manage like this in my job, I would be fired after just 1 day. Failed to deliver flowers on Valentines day at the agreed time slot from 15:00 to 17:00. I ordered several days in advance to make it a pleasant experience for this company to organize in good time. Instead my friend received a call at 22:18 saying that the delivery is delayed. This was not the first time this happened.
Prices are hefty as with all flower delivery companies although labour and material costs are much cheaper in Thailand!? Quite a rip off and poor service. Stay away!

Same thing happen to me. Order to deliver on 14th Feb, but did not delivered at all. Still can send me email saying that the order had already been delivered. What a scram.

Rubbish rubbish rubbish, is fake

Product was amazing, exactly what picture showed.
Ordered 8am via online, received Flowers 4pm to a country town, driver drive 50km to make the delivery.
The communication could've been better but from ordering flowers from Sydney to Thailand with language barriers etc, we got the job done pretty good.

We got a beautiful bouquet from Today Flowers, we ordered it, and they worked with a local florist to create something beautiful for us. We loved how quick they were, plus the flowers were fresh and the exact colours I asked for. For any occasion I totally recommend them. Thank you for everything and keep brightening up the world x
