Happy that the charter service of GOGO was very well done and our trip went perfectly. Good charter and also happy with the Chauffer that drove us during the trip

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed in this company. They were quick to give us a quote but when you need assistance no one seems to be interested in contacting you. We booked an event and the driver was an hour late in showing up. We were not given any reason other than 'he got a late start'. Todate no one has followed up with us regarding this, even though we were told someone from customer service would be in touch. Very disappointing for us as the organizer and for the 40 plus students who paid for the trip and were left waiting for the bus.

The bus charter was very professional and the bus was very good. I waited about a minute before their agent setup the quote and emailed it to me. I was able to use a deposit to secure the bus

Bus from gogo had a very clean bathroom with no smell. I鈥檓 past other charter companies have given me buses that had filthy bathrooms with an awful smell so just the fact that this bus had clean toilets was a massive win per my perspective! Great service GOGO

Trip was booked with GOGO. Service was excellent as was their driver and their bus. Leather seats, WiFi, and DVD players were equipped in our charter bus.

We used 2 buses with GoGo Charters for our school football team to travel and it was bad from the beginning. First off the drivers were late which got us off schedule. The buses were old and terrible, I didn't know if we were gonna make it. They had no WiFi, no T.V.'s,, and were just not comfortable. We had 2 buses for approximately 14 hours and they charged us almost $8000!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Don't get me wrong, the bus driver was great, but the buses were not worth what we had to pay! I would never recommend them!
