I got my glasses after five weeks. I ordered two Pairs both bifocal with same prescription. One with chromatic and other with blue color blocking. I am happy with quality of glasses. I wish I had selected better frame though. I selected frame that was on sale. It is Okay frame. Glasses are real good and I can see clearly both reading as well as driving. I do not need t move my head up and down to see clearly
However only complain I have is, it took took them twice the time than what I expected when I placed order. Fortunately I had other pair so it was not emergency for me. I will order again.

I've been a loyal fan for YEARS and wouldn't shop anywhere else, but after seeing an eye doctor recently as they looked at strength of the glasses they informed me that the pair of glasses I had did not match the prescription on record. No wonder I had headaches, and struggled to see with eye irritation. That combined with the fact 2 pairs I ordered had the arms break before 5 months. I learned pay attention to the arm quality. The last pair I bought looks like something one would find at the dollar store and then I knew i was done after hearing how off it was from the prescription Lastly it is an incredibly horrible website to use, slow, tedious, half the time the mirror won't capture your image. I found another online glasses store that was a bit more expensive but 1000 times easier to use web-page. If I bought 3 pairs of glasses, and 2 of them broke, and the other looked like cheap junk, I could have purchases a pair of high quality ones elsewhere that lasted, looked better and had an easier to use ordering system. I will never buy from them again, it took a lot to drive me off as a customer And yes, the delivery times are awful even before COVID You can't post an honest review on their site either…

I order a pair of glasses on June 26th and received it on July 24th. However, the glass was incorrectly made because it made my right eye blurry. On July 25th I contacted Goggles4u for a refund. A customer support representative offered a replacement. I initially declined because I do not have confidence in their manufacturing quality, and it will take another month to receive it. The customer support representative assured me that the glasses will be made correctly this time, and he will put a priority note on my order so it will only take 10 to 12 working days to received it. Also, I can order a different frame if I want to. I decided to give another shot and ordered with a different frame. On July 26th, I went to local optometry and had them check the glasses to confirm that it is incorrectly made. The optometrist who examined the glasses confirmed that the right lens axis was way off. She suggested that have Goggles4u remade. To be helpful, I contacted Goggles4u and let them know this confirmation. On August 12, I have not received my glasses and noticed that my order status is still under production. I contacted Goggles4u about this issue. They said that due to the system glitch, my RX had not been updated. They have notified production and the production process should start immediately. My RX has never been changed, so there is nothing to "update". Glasses are manufactured in Asian country somewhere. Even if they make and ship the glasses immediately, it will take another two weeks to receive it, which means that it is taking a month to receive my order from the order date. This was the exact situation I wanted to avoid. That is why I wanted a refund in the first place. I did not want to deal with Goggles4U anymore. I requested to cancel my order and asked for a refund. Now, they are asking for my patience and assured me that the glasses will be shipped shortly. Patience? Do they forget that I have already spent near two months into this? And they are shipping from a foreign country, and it will take at least a week or two to get here. According to recent reviews, it may take another month. They are just giving me the runaround and wasting my time. Most frustrating part about this whole situation is that even if they cancel my order and give a refund, I still do not have my new prescription glasses. It will take another two to three weeks to get a new pair of glasses from a different seller. Goggles4u wasted 2 months of my time for nothing, and the time is not recoverable.

Quality of glasses are so cheap. The end of the arms comes off so easily! The worst thing is their customer service as they think its normal that their products only last a few months!

ordered om 7/7 , it is 7/21- online status says it is in production. Called several times- it was impossible to reach them on phone. Today- able to chat the customer service agent. That person had no idea, what he was typing. I am contacting credit card company for dispute.

They are a SCAM. Waiting 3 weeks for delivery of my glasses. When you call them the call goes to another country Called credit card company to report them and dispute the charges. Look at all the BBB complaints on this company.

Incredibly impressed with this company. Bought 3 pairs of prescription glasses from them and forgot to put my discount code in. Spoke to them on webchat and they happily refunded the difference, very pleasant staff. Glasses arrived very quickly withing 2 weeks and the quality for the price is great. Will be using them again!

Took 2 months to finally arrive from the USA.
If your not in a hurry buy from these guys. Because they have excellent choice of frames and their lenses are 10/10.
They just need to get their delivering faster/ sorted to alot less time.

I received my glasses after a 6 week wait and am now very very disappointed, there is something wrong with my order as they give you a headache if you wear them for more than five minutes, I have tried to log in to send them back and ask for refund but my account is frozen or locked out, please help [email protected] I am so disappointed and desperately wanted them to work as I need them desperately ken gould

I ordered a pair of rimless, & they arrived very badly put together. The lenses were loose & twisted at the bridge, & the arms were fitted at completely different angles.You'd need 1 ear 3cm higher than the other for these arms to be right, they've obviously got a picasso picture on the wall in the factory these are made in. They are definitely not made in a lab with any quality control at all. They are cheap, but you don't even get what you pay for…

Kept emailing because they hadnt arrived, they always replied but never answered the questions. Eventually they sent me a tracking number, on the day they arrived after over a month!
When they did arrive I was amazed at the quality, they are absolute rubbish, the lenses are not consistant side to side, so to read you would have to move your head to one side.
There are other "Cheap" suppliers out there, chose one thats in your own country, might get better communication.
They promised me an extra 10% refund for the "inconvenience" that hasnt arrived either.
It would be better to pay a little more and get glasses that actually do the job!

I ordered glasses on May 12. And could not get any information from this company for nearly two weeks regarding the order. Then when they finally responded it was from an automated email address *@goggles4u.com, an attempt to make one believe a real person would be reading and responding…
But no. Some three days after my first attempt at contact I finally got an email stating I would get an email when the order shipped. Today, June 1, I find them finally telling me in the chat – not anywhere else mind you- that my order is with the USPS and ready to ship. Finally getting a tracking number. And when I went to USPS their statement is "you will be able to track this shipment when we receive it from the vender"…or words to that effect.
There is no Steve. There is nearly no communication from them unless you push for it. And they charge your card as soon as the order is placed. So here we are- three weeks tomorrow since they got my money and just finally getting a tracking number that I had to push to get from their service rep. I can only hope the glasses are what all the others are saying. But if you want a company that actually communicates with you, you have to look elsewhere.

I cannot understand why there are terrible reviews for Goggles4u. I have been purchasing off them for years and have been very impressed! I recently brought prescription glasses/sunglasses and they were fantastic quality. I even brought my father a pair of prescription sunglasses and he loves them! He said they are very clear and sharp to look through. I live in New Zealand and I received them very quickly even through the covid 19 crisis. Keep up the good work Goggles4u, I have told all my friends and they have purchased from you as well! A+++++++

1st order took 2 weeks … felt glasses weren鈥檛 the same as my prescription.. Company offered me a code to order another pair.. been waiting 3 weeks now … being the covid virus I understand the delay.. Can鈥檛 wait to get them though..

Tried them 2x.
Glasses don't look like photo colors.
Blue protection has. horrible blue glare.
No blue protection, paid for antiglare, is still very glarey, just not blue. The temples of both are VERY bendy, but don't break. The progressive no line is good.

No response to complaint emails.

I submitted a review stating that Goggles4you were very uncommunicative and difficult to get hold of and when I did get a reply they offered me a partial replacement instead of full refund .Since then(and possibly since my last review) they have agreed to refund in full .Therefore I have changed my rating for them.

My glasses were not made properly even though the prescription I gave them checked out as correct. The frames are cheap looking and poor quality. I was told I would be given a refund over a week ago. I called to check on this and was given the run around and now I can not even get anyone on the phone. You can get good quality, reasonably priced prescription glasses online. JUST NOT FROM THIS COMPANY! Stay away, far away from Googles4u.

I required progressive lenses and wrote exactly what my prescription quotes. These are not progressive and are good for distance but nothing else.

I got Scammed by this company, I placed an ordered on their website for glasses, and then I called and spoke with an Indian man that said his name was *, and he helped me complete the order, and then after talking to him I went back to their website and checked on this order, AND MY ORDER WAS GONE, it said you have No orders, so I called back and this same Indian man so called * told me you have No orders, and then he hung up on me. I got clearly Scammed and I want my money back. I just put in a PayPal claim.

Paid for exepited shipping took over 3 weeks they lead you to believe they are made in US they are not..paid for transitional lenses didn't get them on either pair. The frames are light and poor quality

Wel, I ordered two pairs of glasses and paid the extra to receive within 10-12 days, I called on day 10 and was told they are in "production" and they are unusually busy but they should be shipped within 24-48 hrs, and they refunded me the extra $4 for extra shipping, contacted on the 12th day and the website indicated they were in processing and I asked status and was told I should receive an email within 10-12 days advising when they will be shipped then I was told it was a "computer glitch" and they were still in production. So I don't know about the quality of the glasses but you can't trust what they tell you and they can't tell you where your glasses are in the whole process. And as I questioned them on the delay they threatened to cancel their order against my wishes because I desperately need new glasses and have already waited almost two weeks when I thought I would have them by now. I was told they didn't cancel the order but how can I believe anything they say and they were very indifferent about the fact that they made claims they were unable to keep, they were indifferent to the amount of time it was taking and just basically indifferent about my order as a whole, so buyer beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!
