Impossible to withdraw go fund me money

I recently donated to the local school via a leaflet put through my door. As I knew the child that was collecting for a coronavirus clear up at his school I donated. I set my amount and bank details and I noticed a box marked Do you want to give a tip. As I am not particularly well off and living on a State Pension I did not select it and left the box blank. When I checked my bank account I found that the tip amount of 拢1-50 had been added to my specified amount. It is not a life changing amount but I feel that I have been conned. I assume that you have to tick the box if you DON'T want to give the company a tip. They need to stop using reverse psychology to confuse you into giving extra money to themselves.
