This is the most irresponsible company I've ever had! I ordered my dishwasher in May and it said expecting it in a week. It took about a month arrived without providing the services I ordered (installation and taking away old dishwasher). The delivery guy suggested me to reject the order and Goedeker would let another company with those services to deliver it. I called several times and nobody answered the phone no matter how long you waited on line. First email they replied with autoreply saying they will respond within 48 hours then never back to you. every one-two weeks emailed again and again I even didn't get auto-reply. What should I do?

These people should literally be locked up. They are taking money from people and never sending them their orders. They are also not responding to anyone attempts at contacting them for refunds. Read their BBB reviews. They should be shut down! I personally spent $525 on an outdoor tiki bar and what I received was 4 cheap stools. Not the item I ordered and not even close to worth what I paid. Multiple attempts to contact them through email, phone, facebook (basically all of their social media accounts) and no response. So I guess I'm just out $525? This is happening to a ton of people and I wish I would have looked into them before placing my order. Lesson learned. I hope this prevents someone from making the same costly mistake that I did.

I ordered a patio set on June 6. It鈥檚 now June 24. Not only have I not received it yet but I can never get through to anyone. I鈥檓 on hold each time for up to an hour and a half before giving up. I鈥檝e emailed them FOUR times. No response. I have never seen anything like this before in my life. Beyond frustrated. Wow.

Placed the order March 16th and was told it would leave the warehouse within 2 weeks for a total of three weeks to be delivered. I asked regarding coronavirus issues and they said it should still be on time. I received an email on March 23rd saying I would receive it and seven business days. After 7 business days, I called and they said that email was an error and I should receive it in two to three weeks. It is now been a month later and it hasn't even left the warehouse. Literally nothing! No tracking number no info nothing! After a month you think somebody could put a name and address on a box and at least ship it? Bad Business just trying to keep money and never ship it. Customer service said it may ship by the end of the month! Over six weeks to maybe ship it? MAYBE? What a joke! Won't do business with you again.

Worst company ever. Never shipped my fridge. Took three wqeeks to admit that they don't have it and they're not even sure the manufacturer has it. I told them to cancel the order and they tried to charge me a shipping fee. I asked what that fee is since nothing was ever shipped and they had no answer but refused to credit my money back. I finally called Chase and disputed the charge and, of course, won. DO NOT BUY WITH THIS COMPANY! They are mean, rude, slow, unethical, and scumbags.

BUYER BEWARE – You will waste your time and energy dealing with these people. Go to a local retailer or another online channel, because they will likely deliver a broken product and waste your time trying to get your money back or parts to fix it yourself.
Their website clearly states the following for returns or exchanges: "Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs unless the product is deemed damaged and noted at the time of delivery." THIS IS A LIE. They refuse to return the products.
I purchased a TV Cabinet in 2018 from Goedeker's online and it was delivered with 95% of the piece broken or crooked. There were cracks on every piece of wood except for one small shelf. The doors won't shut and the entire thing sits crooked to this day (December 2019). I reached out to them and they asked me to document everything by writing a nauseating amount of detail and taking a lot of pictures. They offered to replace the parts, so I sent them a list of the parts that I needed. After continued back and forth, they asked for more pictures and information, so I told them that I would handle this through the Better Business Bureau as I would prefer to return the product, instead of dismantling and throwing away all of the broken pieces. They replied to the BBB that they offered to send the parts, but they never actually sent the parts. Now the case is closed by BBB.org, and I emailed them to send the parts and they refused, so I'm stuck with an unuseable $282 cabinet that I need to dismantle and throw away. STAY AWAY.

We ordered a dishwasher from Goedeker. On the order page of the website there are two additional charges to the cost of the appliance which are spelled out: an Add Installation charge ($199.99) and a Haul Away Old Appliance charge ($29.99). NOTHING else relating to the dishwasher's installation… We paid for both.
When we called to discuss the installation date, we were told by their Customer Services representative that they will NOT DISCONNECT and pull out the old dishwasher and that we have to get a plumber to do so. The plumbers we called charge $250 to come and do that! Total cost of installation: $250 + $200 + $30!
When we called to protest that NOTHING was mentioned to the effect that the installation did NOT cover the disconnection and pull out of the old dishwasher, we were told we should have clicked on and looked in a drop down at the bottom of the page with a very long text in small letters – and which they KNOW full well nobody will focus on!
They refused to cancel the order. We had found a store selling the dishwasher at about the same price and doing the entire disconnection – installation – removal for $200. Now we have to buy Goedeker's dishwasher and pay $350 to a plumber who will do the same – losing $150! They do not NOT disclose the full truth – that they will NOt disconnect your old dishwasher – at the same place and in the same type as the installation charges. They probably count on the fact that most people give up when faced by the additional expense to avoid further loss of time and effort… We spoke to two service reps, one who was decent and one who was absolutely unsympathetic, ironic, and with an attitude. Last time you see our money, Goedeker!

Placed order for patio umbrella, shipping date was 9/10. I Canceled the order on 7/29 and was told my $ would be refunded because I needed earlier. After cancelling, I Got an email umbrella was shipped would arrive in 3-5 days and arrived that same day. I had reordered through a different site after being told Goedeker order was canceled. Costumer service was terrible and they told me I would be charged $60 to return. Requested a return call twice from a manager and still haven鈥檛 heard from them.
Also , I was charged on 7/15 for the umbrella.
Very frustrating.

I ordered Whirlpool kitchen appliances Dec 29th after confirming all items were in stock via a phone call to a live agent. After the first of the year I get an email that the range was back ordered and will ship January 29th. January 29 range received at warehouse but will not ship until the next Wednesday since that is the only day Goedekers ships. So it did not ship January 29th as promised. I obtain the tracking number this morning hoping my appliances will arrive this week……Progistics (Goedeker's shipper) tells me they have to receive it at their warehouse anticipated February 14th to then be shipped out to me…..
This was a simple order and here we are more than six (6) weeks since my order and no sign of appliances and only stories about shipping issues. My project is now delayed. I asked Goedekers (early January) based upon the Jan 29th promised date when I should receive my package and they told me no more than 7 days from that date. I trusted them.
The above are all facts and not opinions or recommendations about this company. Yes, they take my calls, but have misrepresented the facts to me on several occasions. I am hoping to receive my order in February…. of 2019. I will update when I get it but at this point, based upon the above, would you want to do business with Goedekers?

My experience with Goedeker's has been horrible and painful. I bought a three piece sofa set for the amount $3,300.00. The delivery of which took more than 2 months and still not completed yet — 1st time they delivered broken sofa and would not return instead they wanted to charge restocking cost of 20%. They use quite ill-behaved trucking company. It becomes customer's responsibility to call this trucking company and stay at their mercy as when they will deliver. I paid Goedeker's white-glove service fees, but these guys just move in the furniture inside my home and did not put it together — left for me to assemble. Dumped all the packing materials on my driveway — I had to pay junk pick-up these garbage. When I called customer service, they are they were the most rude people to deal with. I will urge you all consumers, please think twice before you make any purchase with these guys — they take full payment up-front to trap you. Be careful of these fraudsters. Quality is not the best, but I guess it explains the prices. Good selection of appliances.
