The Installer, Jeremiah, was excellent.
That being said, their sales team could needs work.
1st Salesperson was helpful, explained services, verified I
would get $100 gift card (which hasn't arrived) and then passed me off to a "closer" who was only interested in up selling additional features including Internet service for which the price was very high and the speed was ridiculously low. I felt like I was buying a car and wouldn't be let out if the "telephonic room" until I bought all the upgrades. When I declined he speed read thru his closing speech which included God only knows what for "free" for a few months and then auto renewal at a price. Will have to check the bill when it comes.
I specifically went with this company because of the pricing and gift card. Better get it or I'm calling the Better Business Bureau.

Very professional and respectful. Loved the fact that everyone of the guys wore shoe covers so my new carpet wouldn't get messed up.

I have had Dish Tv before and didn鈥檛 like it. Too hard to use and couldn鈥檛 record many shows. Love 鉂わ笍 this new system. I can record and watch many shows at one time, much easier to use. Thanks for up grades.

I can only say good things about the technician who installed my service, he called, as promised, and was here within a short time. He was very efficient, wasting no time but taking pains to explain how to use the equipment, I cannot say the same about Direct TV, the last thing they did took 3 visits and then they didn't live up to their word. I had been contemplating switching to Dish for some time and this was "the straw that broke the camels back."

Having a lot of problems with getting the receiver to connect to the Internet (modem) so I can get to watch the on demand channel鈥檚 or to watch Netflix channel or downloads

The tutorial was a little quick on how to work the remote and how to find things (such as recording a series in the near future). The channel that is for reference for the remote isn't super helpful either. Again too quick and not enough details. Other than that it was a pleasant experience and am satisfied so far with the equipment and service. Just need to play around with remote and figure it out on my own.

Overall I am pleased with my service with DISH. I have had it a little under a month. I'm still learning all the features and will probably never know or use all of them. I went with DISH because I was able to lock in a 2 year low price as compared to cable. I do miss some of the channels that I had on cable though that DISH doesn't have.

The installer got in a rush and didn鈥檛 set up the remote control. We鈥檙e still trying to get the voice feature to work. There鈥檚 an unauthorized charge of $49.99 on my credit card bill along with the initial one time charge. When I called about it they said they鈥檒l have to listen to our conversation which would take 3 to 5 days. $49.99 charge was not discussed, is not in my notes, and I don鈥檛 appreciate it being on my credit card bill. They aren鈥檛 giving us the $100 gift card even though our credit score鈥檚 over 800. Even though the ad said free receiver, we鈥檙e being charged monthly for it. It鈥檚 been a very disappointing experience.

The installation went quickly and was well done except the wires have not been put in the ground yet they are still laying on top of the ground. Also we were sent a return label for a Joey that the installer had taken with him. We were not charged for it so that was resolved.

Don't use godish, the representative from dish itself said I wouldn't have to worry about paying the 49.99 bs third party fee because it had nothing to do with the dish service itself. Godish refused to honor what that representative said in a recorded line that they were supposed to review and stole my money. My business is with dish not godish. Do not use them they are a third party website and a rip off.
