I had ordered a refrigerator and paid additional for it to be delivered. The delivery guy used a dolly which bent up the back access grant and damaged much of the internal fixtures as well. When I called the saleswoman about the damage, she was dismissive and suddenly unavailable to replace the grate.
I'm done doing business with Culinex and I suggest others be wary if they choose to.
