Goby did not respond to 3 of my emails and when I tried to contact them on social media, they just deleted my comment. My comment was very tame and just mentioned that I鈥檝e sent 3 emails with no response. On top of that, their user interface for canceling a subscription if you have multiple brushes is near impossible to understand. For reference I work in UX for a living, so I鈥檓 not an idiot. But deleting my Instagram comment was the last straw for me.
