Bought a hair dryer. Stopped working after a week. Sent them a video as requested and returned. Pretend to not understand emails. Do not buy anything from them. This is 3 months on. Complete scam

I bought shoes advertised as leather shoes, but they were not leather and they didn't look like the ones advertised. So I tried to send them back inmediately and have my refund, as they guaranteed. They never let it happen, just offer to refund me 5$ and keep the shoes (2 pairs: 50$). I refused, they never answered back. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

Terrible. Do not buy from them. Ordered a hair dryer that exploded within seconds. Pretend they don鈥檛 understand emails. Absolute lying fraudsters. AVOID!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! Fraudsters. Disgusting. I ordered sandals. They were nothing like those advertised. No return address. Email exchange offering $4 refund then $8 refund which I refused. Sandals are unbearable absolute trash. Total RIP off.

I ordered a bag for my partner's birthday. The received bag's color was different shade than I ordered (dark grey instead of light grey). Also the bag was 3 cm shorter than the one advertised which rendered it useless for carrying the laptop.

The return policy is to return the item within 14 days of purchase (and subject to "inspection" of the return claim).

Dispatched: 28th August from China
Received: 12th September

Looks like they've made it impossible to return the item. I advise to avoid.
