Honestly the best sports tape I have ever used. I mainly use it for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and all my club Loves it too! Even with weight lifting and crossfir it is too tape out there! Thanks Goat Tape for the awesome product! Super sticky is the BJJ tape for me! Osssssss!

I love Goat Tape. It is the only tape I use while doing Crossfit, Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, and Strongman movements. I use it for every workout. It supports my hands, thumbs, and wrists for push and pull movements on a bar or rig.
