Go New York Tours

The Driver and bus both are awesome here (Taunt). I don't know how these germs exist in one of the most beautiful city New York. I have many things to say but I just say never ever going to use the service of this driver.

Very bad customer service. Numerous times was given the wrong information by salesman that was supposedly a supervisor and also the bus driver. Would not recommend this company.

This company is allowing people to sell their tickets on the street and deliberately give people false info. I was in the city and bought a ticket off an agent and was told the ferry runs every 30 mins when in fact they run every hr and a half. I went back to the agent I bought the ticket from and they said they didnt know that was the timeframe but even after I told him it was I stood there and watched him tell another person that walked up that the tour was running every 30 mins. I called the customer service number on the back of the ticket yesterday while I was there and got no answer but when I called back today I spoke to someone and all she had to say about it was sorry for the misunderstanding. Also there was an agent with the people selling the tickets on the street and he said he was the manager but when I told him what happened he refused to give my money back.

It was a wonderful holiday experience going around big apple , gony make my family short holiday in the city great, we were able to get to major attractions

Best way to see the whole city. Had a pretty huge experience. Saved me a lot of money and of course didn't have to ask people my way round. Thank you. Gony tours.

This company will lie to get you to buy tickets and then you find out you did not get what you paid for. You do not see the paperwork until afterwards. They say the bus stop is around the corner and it is a mile away. They say they have live narration and they do not. As soon as we signed we saw what we REALLY got and requested a refund. We paid $124 for nothing. They Lie about everything. It was raining and he said the top was covered and showed me an actual picture. The picture was for when it snows.

I had an extremely wonderful time I and my family. We were able to purchase a three-day All City pass at a very affordable rate for three and a half days we were able to ride around the city hop-on and hop-off with Go New York sightseeing tour bus they really did a good job it took the stress out of our traveling Vocation and we were able to see all of the attraction we went to the Bronx and Brooklyn. and we did the night tour which was so fabulous see the beautiful view and top of Manhattan Bridge We had no problem. We definitely recommend Go New York sightseeing tour bus to everyone we have no complain everything was planned and executed just as the way we want it to be. Our bus scheduled was on time from point A to point B. 20 to 30 minutes we had to wait that was not bad at all.Go New York sightseeing tour bus is the way to go. I definitely recommend to all my friends and family whenever they are in New York.they should take Go New York sightseeing tour bus.. They are number 1. This company should be out of business because they are just in business to rip people off. Of course they have a NO REFUND policy because without that, they would be out of business. They promise a tour guide, there is none, the audio guide did not work, they promise rain ponchos and none were provided to me or my 3 children. THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE and gives NYC a bad name.

BEWARE! Horrible RIP-OFF! They sold us the tour tickets on the street outside of Grand Central Station. They have many sales people all over the place wearing green vests; do not talk to them! We went to the pick up place and waited over an hour for a bus as we watched their busses come by us but NOT stop for us! Someone on the street told us they don't stop if they are full. They OVER-Sell their tickets and don't have enough busses! While we were were waiting for the GO NY Tour bus, we watched the busses many other companies stop and pick up people and go over and over! So Frustrating! We didn't have any more time to wait, so we had to buy tickets from another bus tour line, so we ended up paying DOUBLE for a bus tour of the city! We were able to get tickets right away from Open Loop Tour Bus Company and catch a bus right away and see the city very well. This other bus tour line had plenty of busses and seats and a better price too!
So we were happy to finally get on one of their busses and thought we would get a refund from GO NY Tours… NOPE! I requested a refund, explained the situation, and GO NY Tours would NOT give a refund and argued with me that their busses were on time and fully functional that day and that I had nothing to complain about. They have a NO REFUND policy and would NOT make an exception! NEVER use this company! They are thieves with horrible customer service and no busses to pick you up! Total RIP-OFF! They should have given us a refund!

We bought the City Super tour that includes downtown ferry ride. We reached the ferry location on time. The ferry was an hour late. Then the guide who was too rude/busy/uninterested asked us to give them 19$ for the ferry ride each person. I told him we bought the tour option that includes the ferry but he wouldn't have none of that and fleeced us for 38$ (two persons). Finally the ferry came an hour and a half later. On their bus tours, the guide is the bus conductor as well so she regularly has to stop guiding the tour and getting people in/out of the bus. The guiding was a total waste. She kept telling us about Lady Gaga and famous people when all a tourist would want to know is about the city, its building, history etc. She was rude as well to many passengers often shouting and giving dirty looks. The glass on their bus was dirty and scratched making good photo-taking impossible. All in all, avoid at all costs. Don't get fleeced. Run like hell.

We used GO NY tours (the green busses) in our vacation. That was a big mistake. If all you want is a guided tour through New York City, it is okay. The guides are good. But if you want a 鈥渉op on 鈥?hop of鈥?service, like we needed, don鈥檛 use GO NY (green busses). They don鈥檛 have enough busses. If you are lucky, a bus will arrive within 1-1陆 hour. That is not good enough. If you want a hop on-hop off bus use 鈥済ray line鈥?red busses or 鈥淐itySights NY鈥?blue busses. While waiting for a green bus, you will see 6-8 red busses and 4-6 blue busses passing by.
