GO Inquiry Removal

Again, after many calls and emails they told me that given my inconvenience I could keep the rug. Yesterday, 3 weeks later I received an email telling me to return the rug. I reminded them that they told me I could keep the rug. They said they had to escalate my issue to level 2. Lol.

Based on my experience, any positive reviews of this company could not have been generated by actual customers.

Any 5 star review of this is a pure 100% lie. They are the worst kind of dung on the net.They should be shut down for unethical business practices and be forced to return the money they swindled – and continue to swindle – from vulnerable consumers.

It's already 2016 yet no improvement in services. Very very poor customer service support I hate it so very much.
