Like the rest, wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I over research everything else I purchase, but for a tapestry and a string of lights, who would have thought? Ordered and paid for 3 weeks ago through AmazonPay. No shipping notice and no response to 3 emails to two different addresses or a voice mail. Have filed a claim with Amazon Pay. [edited to add that Amazon Pay refunded my money]

Ok I've ordered from go get glam a couple times before with no problems. I believe the last order was end of 2017 beginning of 2018 everything came in ok. One item was out of stock so they refunded me, but now I placed an order and my order is past 10 business days (which is unlike them) with no email or information about my items. The sites reviews are all gone and their Facebook page hasn't been updated in a year. The site is for sure being used as a scam or poorly managed…something is off. I love online shopping and have learned to spot these fake sites, but this one got me since I've shopped from them before. Calling my credit card company to report the fraud/miss-management.

Be aware you may never get your package. I am bummed because I really liked their products!

I have also ordered from Go Get Glam. I have not received anything either 1 month later. Only one response to my multiple emails, text messages. It also states it is still at store waiting to be shipped. I wish i would have read these reviews before I ordered. I'm totally bummed. I think we all got scammed. ?

I ordered a desk that was $760 and have yet to receive the desk. All contacts have gone unanswered but yet they quickly processed my $760. Don't order anything from this company. I don't even know how with all of the similar reviews that they are still operating. There has to be some type of legal personnel that can shut them down.

I ordered a hat and a pair of pants from this shop two months ago. It鈥檚 never taken me that long to receive anything in the mail, and after reading GoGetGlam鈥檚 reviews, I started getting concerned about my order. I tried contacting the seller over 20 times throughout these two months: over text, voicemail, email, and Facebook messenger. Every attempt to make contact was ignored and I never received an update on my order. Eventually the order was automatically cancelled because it was never going to be shipped. It鈥檚 nice to have my 70 dollars back but receiving the items I ordered would鈥檝e been even better. This shop is completely dysfunctional and the customer service is nonexistent. Do not waste your time or money on this shop, it will never be worth it. Absolutely disgraceful, don鈥檛 even know how this shop is still in business.

EDIT: after two months of being ignored by GoGetGlam, they finally got in touch with me the day AFTER my orders were already cancelled and told me a blatant lie to try to excuse all of this. Absolute disgrace for a company.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a chandelier that wasn鈥檛 sent until I emailed and asked why they hadn鈥檛 sent it and then when it arrived not only where the shell pieces broken but the frame itself was broken. When I contacted they asked what was wrong with it and then no response. Several emails and a voice message later, no response. This is a terrible business and I would never recommend anyone buy from them.

I love this company. I've been ordering from them for 3 years or so and I've loved everything I have received. They have items that I've never seen anywhere else. Really unique gifts and boho style decor and clothing. Best of all, they are the only online store I've ordered from that includes a really nice free gift with every order and sends random gift certificates for $10 to $20 a few times a year to use towards anything you want. They relocated the business and expanded I think a year or two ago and had a few unhappy customers because of delays in shipping and when I saw the three negative reviews online I thought I would send some love with my own positive experiences with them.

Purchased a mirror for my child's nursery. The product purchased is not in question ,as it was as detailed on the site. However, the wait time for the product and lack of communication were beyond unacceptable. It was purchased on February 19th with 7-10 day free shipping. Days, weeks, and even a month passed and calls, texts, tweets, emails, and voicemails were all disregarded. Once I finally received an email back, I was told that the company moved and things were a little unorganized. As a token of good faith, I was told that I would be presented with a gift certificate in hopes I would give them another chance. The product did not come when it was expected. I received another email that (I assume) the owner was on maternity leave and their assistant had not followed up and sent is as intended. All in all it took just shy of two FULL months. Once it was received, there was no good faith gift certificate. Emails again were not answered. In order to get my initial emails answered, I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and NYC NBC Investigative Reporter Linda Baquero. I have a newborn at home, but yet I had to waste countless time calling, writing emails, and getting an investigative reporter just to get an answer on where my product was and when it would arrive. That is time I could have spent with my family or getting adjusted to my new life and schedule. I understand and always support small businesses, but cannot look past the sheer disregard for paying customers. My money was withdrawn within one day of purchase and I was ignored for 6 weeks. Shameful. Think twice if you want solid, credible service.

Avoid this company, Forked out $80 AUD for a bag I paid for over three months ago, it has never arrived. They don't answer my emails, and the phone number they give out doesn't exist. It has put me off ordering ANYTHING from America again.

I ordered from Go Get Glam at the end of January and it is now March 26th. It took about 2 months for me to receive the tapestry I ordered. The company took my payment INSTANTLY yet I never received any sort of conformation email or receipt. After a month had passed I called, texted, emailed, and contacted this company in every way I could. I reached out to them at least 5 times for fear I would not receive my product. I NEVER heard back from the company in any way or form. I did threaten a law suit over voicemail the last time I contacted their answering machine, and did eventually end up receiving my product. I did receive a good quality product in the end as well as a second tapestry that I did not order nor ask for. Overall, I am glad I received the item I paid for but SHAME on this company for not providing any sort of receipt or confirmation. The least they could do is send an email reviewing your order and let you know their shipping process is HELLA slow. Order at your own risk. Still not sure if I would've received my product had I not threatened a law suit.

This website is a humongous scam. I placed an order over a month ago. Despite stating on its website that orders are shipped within 3-4 business days and international orders take 9-17 business days to arrive, the site HAS YET TO SHIP MY ORDER! I contacted them three times (once through their website and twice through email), with NO RESPONSE each time. Now I'm having to raise a dispute with my credit card company… it's just been such a big waste of my time dealing with GoGetGlam.

I did some searches online and found out that a lot of people had experienced the same issues as me. So I'm leaving my review too, in the hopes that no one else has to go through the same ordeal.

Terrible customer service. Package arrived a month late. I emailed three times but never heard back from the company. I also called, left a voice mail, and texted the company. I waited so long that by the time my package arrived I had already purchased another one. Now lets see if I'll be able to successfully ship a return to this company…

I ordered a mandala tapestry for my daughter mid November thinking on it arriving by Christmas. No such luck, the only thing I received was an automated email asking what I thought of my tapestry. I replied to the email requesting assistance. No such luck. A few days later I received another request for my opinion, I gave it. I also emailed the company twice and left 2 voicemails requesting assistance. No body has contacted me. The funny thing is, the package tracker shows the package is still sitting in their shipping department! I will never order from this comapny again!! What an expensive learning experience.

I wish I checked the reviews of this company first. It is a huge scam. They charged my card and 3 months later still no delivery. I emailed them for a refund and got no response. I submitted a fraud claim with my bank and even they have not gotten back to me. Don't waste your time or money

I have tried to be patient and I wish I would have read the other reviews before I ordered from this company. They happily accepted my order an my payment but three weeks later still no delivery. I have tried text, email, and phone calls for a week and still no response back yet. And now I check the website to follow up on my order and there is no record of my order number.

I bought a shower curtain from Gogetglam and after I read the negative reviews I panicked and attempted to contact them via the email in the website. I didn鈥檛 get a response so I found a phone number and called. No answer. So I texted and they answered me immediately. I panicked for no reason. It had only been a week since I ordered and my order was already on its way. So it is not a scam and they are willing to help,text us the best contact method. Oh and my shower curtain is awesome. I recommend and will use them again!

I am adding a new review of Go Get Glam. It seems I left the wrong email address, they were in the process of moving to a new building, so between all that we missed communicating. I received a long note apologizing for the problems, the had tried to contact me. They tracked my package and notified me every day of it's status. They also gave me a $25.00 gift card. I received my tapestries plus an extra one, they are beautiful. I will definitely give them another chance and use my gift card after the holidays settle down.

I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE SAME THINGS AS MOST OF THE REVIEWERS HAVE WITH THIS COMPANY. ALTHOUGH THEY DID MAKE GOOD ON THE FIRST PROBLEM AND GIVE ME MY MERCHANDISE AND A 25.00 GIFT CERT. I ALSO HAD A SUCCESSFUL 2ND ORDER WITH THE GIFT CERT. NOW I HAVE BEEN WAITING 3 MONTHS FOR A TAPESTRY AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK FROM THEM. THESE PEOPLE ARE IN WAY OVER THEIR HEADS TO MAKE THIS A REPUTIBLE COMPANY. IT BASICALLY SUCKS AND I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!! I HAD TO GO THRU MY BANK LAST TIME FOR ANY ACTION AND IT LOOKS LIKE THATS THE ONLY WAY FOR THIS TIME!

I made a purchase of a decorative pillow on October 22 with Go get Glam and it was said that would take 9 days, but so far (Nov 13) I still didn't receive anything, neither got an e-mail informing that it was sent. I sent an e-mail informing this situation on November 5th, but nobody replied me. I have also sent a message through Facebook on November 10 and I still did not get any reply on that. I am starting to think that this site is a scam!!!?
