I have had problems with go easy ,they are unprofessional, racist and they treat customers like garbage. They did not deliver the goods I bought in march its now December and they are refusing to just send my refund.BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK .Many friends and relatives have complained about their services.ITS A SCAM,BEWARE.

I have not received my product yet. I call for the confirmation of the order to be picked. They ask me to come and collect. After getting there they said we don鈥檛 have this product available, then what鈥檚 the point of asking me come all the way

I called an hour prior to arrival as requested after being informed the bike was ready for collection. Upon arrival I called again to inform i was there, only to have to wait 15 mins because the bike was not clean?
The bike was poorly wiped over, still very dusty and didn't present as new which isn't ideal but I could deal with that.
The most disappointing thing after all that was the front wheel had been assembled off centre, again not a big deal until I aligned the wheel only to discover it was misaligned purposely so the caliper bolt washers would not foul on the rotor rather than repairing the concern which i have now done.

When emailing the support team I did not receive a reply 2 weeks had past and nothing!

When calling the phone rings out and no one answers, I have an order that should be ready to collect that I have paid for in full but I cannot get any information as to when and how to collect !?

Never received my items from them be careful.
It has been almost 2 weeks and still no items poor effort Go Easy.

I purchased a monkey bar outdoor play set for my son's birthday, I informed them that I needed it delivered asap so my husband could set it up for the weekend, but with everything that is going on shipping seems to be getting delayed everywhere these days. The team saw my email and attended to my needs by calling me and advising that there could be a slight chance that my order would not arrive in time. They even offered me an alternative solution so I could get it here quicker! How amazing is that! I have never experienced anything like that when ordering online before. Monkey bars are here and my husband already set everything up and its not even the weekend! I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Go Easy Online for going above and beyond for us, during such hard times my son is going to have a blast on his birthday!

Place an order in April and I'm still waiting . Went to the warehouse 2 times and keep getting told it will be next week .

Considering deliveries from China were delayed more than 2 months, I received items late but quality is very good for the weights and good for the bench. Overall the experience was great, easy to pick up gear and install at home. I highly recommend go easy for bodybuilding and weight training equipment. Price was the lowest/best in Australia.

Said they had my order in stock then after l purchased it wasn鈥檛 available to mid August at the earliest very disappointing
