Please do not sacrifice your time in Budapest by book this apartment because they will make you end up with a super bad mood like we faced. We WERE OFFERED TO STAY IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT APARTMENT OF WHERE WE SHOULD HAVE STAYED RIGHT AFTER WE ARRIVED IN BUDAPEST (NOT EVEN H-1).
Aamer is the hotel manager who obviously needs a training of HOW TO TALK TO THE CUSTOMER IN A PROPER MANNER, told us there was a problem with the water or smt and we were offered 2 different apartments.
He said we either could choose the location in Buda (and he DID NOT MENTION IT IS UP IN THE HILLS) or in Pest. We were leaving with no option other than refund. We do not know about Budapest, so we chose the option in Buda that he gave us, and by the way, we needed to climb as high as Buda castle, not forget to mention, the apartment itself is so old and dirty also has no lift and we stayed in the highest floor.
The moment we complained to him, he kept interrupting us, yelling to us, and he really do not know how to speak properly to people. He was bullshitting a lot and did not admit his mistake that he changed our place to stay. He did not apologize at all. "If I did something wrong, I apologize" that's what he said, sounds so rude, is it?

Oh ya, about the payment. He asked us to cancel this booking on the website to avoid extra fees, but it sounded like he actually practicing a SCAM in here.
