I just got my bracelet and charms and I am in love! It did take a lil min to get but that's because it came from china. There was a special running that I didn't know about and they let me add my free charm after I already ordered. Gnoce USA on fb was VERY helpful! I am already planning on my next beads to buy myself!

I bought a charm and a bracelet for each of my 3 children, but one of the bracelets was broken and the cham was lost. I knew it was not the seller's responsibility but I still tried to contact customer service. I received their reply in less than 24 hours and they solved my problem very patiently and professionally. I really appreciate Gnoce. Your customer service team is really great. Will definitely buy again.

I was overly pleased & happy with the overall experience with gnoceoutlet. I ordered 4 charms 2 free with 2 purchased with free bracelet & I had to get in contact to ask them about something & they contacted me back within 24hrs & quickly resolved my query. I had a order confirmation straight away & shipping confirmation with full updated tracking the whole way. It arrived quickly & in excellent condition. The charms were more then what I expected. They were packaged well & came inside gift box & inside a little black velvet gnoce drawstring bag & inside that they were all individually in little clear bags. These charms are beautiful & I would definitely order again & recommend ordering from. I had two with photos & they are lovely. Great experience

My previous order was received about 10 days after placing the order, this time it takes a little longer, but I can understand it because of the shopping season and the epidemic. I still love GNOCE.

My parcel was lost by our local post office, but the post office refused to pay me compensation. I tried to contact GNOCE customer service, and they actually reissued the order for me. They are really a very professional team. Because of this customer service, I will definitely recommend GNOCE to more people.

I purchased a necklace on the 8th of December. It's now the 15th of Jan and no necklace (no order confirmation other than paypal)……I ve tried to contact the company but you need to be Sherlock Holmes to find a phone number or contact details….and alas when you do there is no response. Its a shame as my daughter loves the jewellery but its the last thing I will buying from Gnoce.

Ordered some pieces for my daughter's birthday. Items arrived in 2 weeks which was slightly longer that delivery time stated but was tracked all the way with 17track. Products arrived and were lovely. So many negative reviews for this company that I was initially worried but I can't fault the service they provided

No confirmation email No correspondence, log in details don鈥檛 work and give the error message 鈥渁ccount disabled鈥?
I Have left several emails and several messages on social media both with zero correspondence.
Don鈥檛 buy from this company they have an absolutely disgraceful level of customer service.
I will be seeking a refund from my credit card company, under breach of contract as no dispatch notice has been given, no item has been delivered and no correspondence from seller.

I bought 4 custom necklaces to give to my granddaughters, but they only provided one gift box. But they finally solved this problem perfectly for me. I hope they can provide gift boxes according to the product quantity in the future. This is my suggestion, thank you.

This was my 1st time buying jewlery online and i was quite worried i might get scammed ,it seemed almost too good to be true and the reviews didnt make it any better but after a surprise import tax of 鈧?5 for ordering jewlery from outside the european union i was verry plesantly surprised when my order came trough and everything was exactly how it looked on the pictures despite all the bad reviews claiming gnoce is a scam i would highly recommend ordering from them and i noticed most of the bad reviews were posted around christmass time i udnerstand the frustration of not getting your order in time but christmass is a bizy time for any company so i wouldnt hold it against them if my order got delayed

My order did not enjoy the website promotion "Buy two, Get two free", after i contacted the customer service. Although it took a long time to get their reply, my problem was solved perfectly and professionally. Thank you very much.

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered 12 days ago I paid 3 a standard delivery 3 – 5,days. I recieved an email saying thank you for your order and PayPal proof they have taken the money. I did not receive a tracking number and item has not arrived. This bracelet was for a birthday gift for a relative of mine in memory of her husband. I find this highly disgusting that you make money from somebody passing away. I have contacted customer service 3 times I have had no response. The phone number does not work. And they have blocked my account so I can not even log in. Do not waste your time shopping with this scam company. I will never shop with you again but I will make sure I will get my money back.

I ordered a dog pendant for my mum with a picture of our dog who has recently passed away.. the photo was cut completely wrong. The top of the picture didn鈥檛 line up with the heart shaped the picture. it took a long time to come from China and now being so close to Christmas there is no uk number to call to sort this out! Shocking I am really annoyed at this and expect a response soon.

I received my bracelet, it is really beautiful. Their response is a bit slow, but don鈥檛 worry, they can really help solve the problem. Wait patiently, Lol.

Bought a charm from Gnoce two years ago and was delighted with the service, quality and delivery. Sadly lost it recently. I reordered a same one from Gnoce, even batter than the last one. I'm absolutely delighted.
