Absolutely fantastic company, have ordered and received around 30 flawless charms and bracelets for my partner. Always delivered perfect and in my opinion even more amazing than the pictures. Will order again until we have all the skull charms.

Purchased 4 charms from gnoce, one came through faulty (diamant茅 missing on surface leaving a gap) although this is a manufacturing and quality control issue on their part they wanted me to pay 6.99 to send out the replacement. I tried to resolve this by offerring to make another purchase to avoid this charge so they could send it with them but a flat refusal was recieved. Emails from customer service took a week or more each time. Terrible company that doesn't look after its customers.

Shocking. I wore one of the bracelets 4 times and part of it broke off. I wrote and complained and sent images. I got told I had to send a video to prove what I'm saying (they basically insinuated that I was lying). They emailed me to say it was 'not proper behaviour to not send a video!!!! I done a video but the file was too large to send via email. Now I am being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The customer service is absolutely shocking which I have NEVER seen before. 6 emails sent and no further forward. Its not about the money, its about the principle. Very bad quality jewellery & even worse 'so called' customer service. Disgraceful. Their website also shows all good reviews – different story on real review websites.

I cant get anyone to answer me regarding an order. Said would deliver in 5-7 days and still hasn't came. Tracked it, just showed it has arrived in the US but who knows how long it will take for it to get to me. Thats another thing. They claim their office is out of New York but this ships from China…… I just hope i can get a refund. But doubt it with no one answering from this company.

Words I would use to describe this company… Scam, misleading, unprofessional, untrustworthy. They have no actual customer service or complaints department. They never respond to emails. I'm in week 4 since I ordered and still nothing! Avoid at all costs.

Customer sevice is poor, I ordered my item nearly 2 weeks ago and emailed to find out where my item was, i got referred to the tracking website which has been useless as my item hasnt moved in 5 days. Saying it's still in the origin country. I've emailed and never had a reply. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service I have received and they fact my item is no where to be seen, I dont think I will be ordering from here again, a shame really as they seem to look good. Just dont arrive.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! This company is the worst I've ever dealt with and they have scammed me out of 拢100. I ordered a bracelet and 3 charms and received a bracelet and 3 items that I can only describe as looking like 3 earring hooks. First they offered me a 20% refund…really?? Then they requested the items to be returned. I sent them by tracked mail and then they denied receiving it, even after I provided proof. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!!!

Simply: The behavior of this seller is extremely concerning (from a customer's perspective).
ZERO STARS.
Including, but not limited to:
(A) LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM
Zero communication.
Cancelled orders shipped anyway (thus forcing order to go ahead, breaching GNOCE's own published terms).
Refunds not issued (for orders not shipped; nor for orders shipped despite being cancelled).
(B) LACK OF TRANSPARENCY
Company misrepresents how and where it operates.
Contact options are also misrepresented:
(i) "Live chat" is not a live chat, but rather just a submission form (and zero response to communication sumbitted via it).
(ii) Phone number appears to be permanently unattended.
(iii) Email address reads as unattended (zero response).
(C) EXAMPLE CASE STUDY
1. Large value of orders (all now cancelled; NONE refunded).
2. Orders cancelled immediately after being placed.
ie. fully compliant to GNOCE published terms for penalty-free cancellation (full refund due).
Terms published on GNOCE website state that orders cancelled within 8 hours of being placed are penatly-free (full refund, zero cancellation fees).
GNOCE provided full comprehensive details via email.
3. Over a day later, despite orders being cancelled – GNOCE commenced shipping activities (items not shipped at that point, only tracking number created). ie. GNOCE breach their own published cancellation terms.
AGAIN urgently attempt to contact GNOCE, advising them in writing to cease all such activies as all orders cancelled.
Immediately lodged cases in PayPal, given evident behaviour of the seller (GNOCE).
4. In days following, repeated attempts to contact GNOCE (zero response from them) – they then ship some of the orders (attempting to force cancelled orders on customer, rather than refund due to fact that orders cancelled days ago).
5. Remainder of orders promised refunds, but no refund issued.
To date, GNOCE continue to fail to respond to attempted communication.
As you would agree, 100% unacceptable behaviour.
To the point that even we were motivated to post a review on this site – as we simply don't want anyone else to be exposed to such a pitiful experience. There is no excuse for such behaviour.
……
PS: Gnoce – if you read this – don't ask me via trustpilot for my order numbers. You already have all information (multiple times over!) via email. Read your email please.

Cannot edit an order
I place an order and it has an incorrect address and the website does not give me the option to modify it. I have sent several emails but I have not received any response. Since they only respond in this way. I NEED TO CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OF MY ORDER.

On February 8, I bought several charms in the gnoce.com(66$), the seller did not send my order in 2 weeks, the website claimed 3-5 days. Support is not responding. I am very unhappy with the service, they just took the money and disappeared.

I just received my first order from Gnoce and I鈥檓 very pleased. I really like the charms, they got my order right, and nothing was missing. Yes, Gnoce could be more transparent about the fact that they ship from China, but I was prepared for that because I read reviews of Gnoce before I placed my order and this was a common complaint. Plus the website did say that, due to the company鈥檚 reorganizing their warehouse, no orders would be shipped between January 23-February 1, which led to an additional delay (maybe some people who placed orders didn鈥檛 see that). As for tracking numbers that 鈥渄on鈥檛 work,鈥?you have to do a little research. When I got my tracking number, I did a Google search for which tracking company uses tracking numbers that begin with the letters YT. This led me to the Chinese company Yun Express. This number won鈥檛 track in your own country鈥檚 postal website, you have to use the website of the company through which it was shipped to track it. I was able to track my package at Yuntrack.com, which allowed me to track my package until it arrived in the U.S. Yuntrack even provided me with the USPS tracking number so I was able to track my package once it arrived in the US. Turnaround time was three weeks, and it arrived on my birthday! It was worth the wait. My sister also placed an order, but her package was shipped using a different company, which she also Googled to get the company鈥檚 website and track her package.

I would leave 0 starts if possible . I paid 拢127.00 for 6 charms for my daughters 10th birthday . To start with, the company state they are in New York. This is a lie, they are in China. I have sent around 20 + emails to which i received a standard response. They claim to be moving buildings, well this has been going on for almost 2 years!. Eventally this Saturday 8th Feb, a package arrives !. At last I think! I call my daughter down, here is you belated birthday gift. She opens it up to reveal….a multifunction cleaning instrument, basically, a spot remover. All my tracking states that the package was delivered from gnoce on Saturday so this is what they have sent. They will not take any responsibility, they have told me to check my doorway for packages. They cant seem to quite grasp that they sent the wrong item. Do not use.

Never had any problem with my Gnoce orders. The jewellery are always beautifully packed and professionally made. I love all the charms and bracelets that I bought from Gnoce. Shipping takes about 2 weeks to NZ. It seriously doesn't deserve it's 2 star rating as they always deliver the best service!

Disgusting customer service
I placed and order early January and it took 3 weeks to arrive, after 2 weeks my bracelet broke. I sent them an email and messaged on Facebook and Instagram and I am still chasing they replied with very abrupt short responses and now they have stopped replying
I have now had no choice but to contact my bank and open a dispute to get me money back
Shame as the charms are lovely but worst customer service experience I have ever come across

I placed an order on 21/01/20, order number UK300345923. I still have not received my order and that's now 2 weeks. I have not received dispatch confirmation and cannot track my order either as none of the carriers recognise my order number. Getting quite concerned now that they have just taken my money and not sent my items. Please respond thank you.

If I had an option, I would give 0 stars. I ordered on 1/18/2020. I made another purchase on 1/19/2020. I noticed that every time I entered back on the website, the countdown before the sale ends would reset itself back by 2 hours. This jewelry company is a scam. It claims to be based out in New York, but it's based out in China. It promised expedited shipping of 2-3 days upon spending $120. I never got a tracking confirmation from both my purchases. After emailing 2 days from my purchases, I got ignored. Under PayPal, it lists their company as a "clothing store." That sent chills up my spine. I NEVER ordered clothes. I ordered charms. I complained to PayPal. 2 weeks later, I got an email from Sylvia asking me to "kindly shut down my complaint," as the warehouse has been backordered. BS. If it was in backorder, I would have received an email ASAP as I have received before from normal U.S. jewelry retailers.
I am entitled to an opinion and a refund. I specifically bought it as a gift for someone. IT NEVER ARRIVED. I WILL FIGHT YOU, CHINA. YOU WILL NOT SCAM U.S. CONSUMERS OF OUR HARD-EARNED CASH!
UPDATE: I escalated with PayPal and miraculously, my order got updated as "Order received" after I made a request for refund. What a joke. I decided to call my credit card company and report fraud to the dispute department. They issued a temporary refund so they could investigate.

I did a purchase 2 days ago and I tried to contact them on phone (what is not available when you call). Then I sent 2 e-mails, many direct messages on Instagram and Facebook and no replies at all.
Then I decided to do some commentaries on their page wondering how could we get a support after a purchase and 5 other customers came on my comment to report the SAME issue… Guess what they KEPT NOT REPLYING and even worst, they have been DELETING all the commentaries that are asking for a support or any type of complain that can be 鈥渘egative鈥?to their brand. The other customers and I didn鈥檛 show ANY lack of respect with their brand. (I KEPT ALL THE PRINTS with all our comments that they deleted). But you can tell at this point they aren鈥檛 legitimate. I鈥檓 dealing direct with the bank now to see how I can I get the money back at this point, because it is not even being charge in New York, but in Hong Kong. DON鈥橳 BUY at GNOCE.COM

Yeah after writing a review here and other platforms I get a generic reply the same one that has been sent to over 50 people that has the same problem. Wait another 4 days we are celebrating spring holidays before was we will ship the items ASAP this has been going on for over a month now. No resolution just the same response but yet you proclaimed you are not scamming people. Wow that takes some guts to do business here in the US but home base is in China yet be able to scam people of their hard earn money under a company that proclaims to be in New York but yet an address for Oregon. Hmmm that's is shady sounds like a scam to me.
