I'm incredibly unhappy with my experience with GMR Gold. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I have called several times during operating hours, left voicemails with all required information to be able to get ahold of me as well as with a reason and received no return call. I even had a detailed chat with them over Instagram with problems with my account and not being able to reset my password and they showed no interest. I was then asked to give them my number and they would call me, received no such phone call. I will be disputing all charges from GMR.
