The only person who does his job is the sales person. I paid over $4,500 and then they requested another $1200 to do more "programming"
I couldn't even launch my site it was that bad. They couldn't even get the shipping calculator to work. You cant contact anyone directly, the hide there number if they call you. They tell you they use a "voip" system and no one has a direct line. ( its is 2017 you clowns) They demand payment to progress to the next "stage"
It was meant to take 28 days for a basic ecommerce site. 6 months later and still nothing I can make live. GMG Web tell me how complex my site is and how much programming is involved and all the want is more money
I ended up having my site re built in 4 weeks for $1300. Yes very very complex for a company like GMG Web.
I have lodge a application with VCAT for a hearing.
If anyone wants to supply me with a testimonial of your complaints with this company I will gladly supply these at the hearing against gmgweb.com.au

They provided very limited service and ongoing support. When I recently requested updating to a mobile friendly and more user friendly platform they wanted to charge me for a rebuild.
This was at the same time as increasing my fees and justified it as "The Lounge" whatever that means. It did not mean improved service in my case.
My business email that they provided is constantly inundated with spam.
This was also supposed to be upgraded but evidently has not happened judging by the disgusting spam I receive. I could not be less happy with their service and would warn others to look elsewhere.
I don't often write reviews but I feel I really need to warn other consumers out there about this business GMG Web.
