Is less than a 1 star rating available, if so, that is what I would give this company. 8 weeks after a part was order, we still have not received it. Sure the price is slightly cheaper than going through the dealership directly but what difference does that make if they never fulfill the order. I will never order from this company again. Don't waste your time. the $30 savings is not worth it in the long run.

Needed to replace the dash-compartment for my Buick Enclave and found it here for a good price and quick delivery. Their support staff, especially Jill Ries, was very helpful and provided me with information (including GE-diagrams) to assure I purchased the correct part. With so many choices on the NET, please try them for your repair and you won't be disappointed!

Quick delevery especially to Molokai, Hawaii. The parts were original GM and packed very well. I found a great supplier for GM parts for my GMC sierra. I will definately use GM Parts Pros again for any needed parts again!

How wonderful to finally get amazing customer service. Sadly, this is an exception rather than the rule these days. The salesperson, Jill, was outstanding. She actually sent me an email because she thought that I may have ordered the wrong part. She was correct. She cancelled the incorrect one and sent me the link and part # to place the correct order. I am thrilled with this experience and would highly recommend your company.
