This company doesn't deserve a 1 star no parcel as more address information is needed the address is correct and there's no one available to speak to and I'm going round in circles getting nowhere with the online service I can't help but feel like it's all a scam absolutely fuming.

They typically arrive the same day, but there is no time ETA so you never know when the item will arrive. Other delivery companies have an arrival time and the option to be updated on your package location. This is really incovenient because I have to have deliveries taken to work. We are notnopen until 8 pm

Filling complain againt this compagny
I ordered a coffee table, this one was supposedly delivered yesterday and I didn't get anything. The delivery man left the package supposedly in front of my door and I didn't get any calls, so the package was stolen without any proof of delivery. This company is a disaster does not let you be fooled by the attractive prices, I demand a full refund, It's shameful to abuse people and steal their money like this, run away…

I was worried when Eurosender sent me a message that they would use GLS to transport my parcel. Reading all the bad reviews made me think that it would end-up with issues. As expected, it didn't start well with my friend waiting all day long to have my parcel picked up and no one showed up nor contacted him. I had to contact Eurosender and was already pissed. They rescheduled the pick up for 3 days later and from that point, everything went smooth. It took 3 days from Ireland to Hungary, the tracker was displaying accurate information and the delivery guy was very nice. So I was relieved considering everything I could read.

Delivery arrived on the 9th in Bordeaux area and stayed there for 2 days. Contacted sender and third day it stated that it was out for delivery. Working near driveway most of the day buthave dogs that bark at all vehicles coming near the house. No delivery even though they have delivered here often in the past and have mobile number.There were 3 people here all day!
On website it states Non delivery as no one there.
Out and out lie.

Worst delivery service ever! Like others have waited around for 13 hours already and they have no idea when my package will be delivered. 3 hours ago a representative told me package/driver was 1 mile from my home and would probably be knocking on my door while we were still on phone. No such luck!!!

My package has been sitting in a depot 300 km from my house for nearly two weeks now, and I can't get anyone on the phone to ask what the hold up is – they disconnect me every time, saying the lines are busy. I have been patient in light of the current global situation, but I haven't had any issues nearly as bad as this with any other carriers in France for the last several weeks. What is going on over there??

DO NOT USE GLS. If you need a refund from GLS you will find that they ignore you and refuse to discuss the matter. I would suggest you use another courier.

Absolute joke of a service, shipment collected on so called "express service" 27th Apr with a 5-7 day max transit from Spain. No further scan until 1st May in Spain, contacted GLS was told would be delivered 8th May latest. Then next scan is 6th May in Belgium. Having contacted now 12th May (by email as phone lines are switched off) as no further scans since Belgium I received update saying "parcel was returned to sender please contact shipper" – the shipper isn't aware of anything and needed time to check further (adding more and more delay) checking the tracking now to see the timeline for this review I see a scan in Ireland this evening – I still have no idea if I will ever receive my shipment or not

GOOD LUCK GETTING YOUR PACKAGE!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE COMPANY.Three attempts to deliver and couldn't get it right, gave us every excuse in the book when we called, which was 7 times. Package was finally delivered to the wrong address and after getting a picture of where it was dropped off, we went and drove around the neighborhood to find the package ourselves, looking at only a picture. They said we'd have to wait for the driver to come back the following day to fix the situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Same excuse for non delivery insufficient address info!! Every other delivery company makes it easy, Even if you input my address on Google/Apple maps the arrow lands sort on where I live. I expect the driver can not be bothered to drive up to our house as it will be at the end of his route. I asked them to give my parcel last year to the post office or other delivery companies and they send it all over Europe and when it eventually arrived it was just about intact, they have not even said they are rubbish because of Covid 19 they just give the same lame excuse that they cannot find the address. If you are struggling then just call me or give me number of driver and I will call him. Absolutely Rubbish company who only deliver if it is next door to depot, I try to avoid buying things if I know this company are delivering but parcel was posted in UK at Parcel force and unfortunately they passed on to these so called delivery agents.I will try to lobby Parcel force to use reputable agents. Avoid if you can.

93% BAD …..says it all ! , you can tell this company lies because words come out of there mouths ,they will make promise after promise and just give you the runaround , it's on its way or its tomorrow, this 'company' (I use this word loosely ) are owned by parcel force from the uk , what an embarrassment this 'company' must be for parcel force maybe they should change the name from gls to parcel farce in tribute to the shitte service

They're better off sacking the lot and employ monkeys.
Delivery person never rang doorbell, I was at home 2 days they came.
Left note for picking up parcel at pick up point but this pick up point doesn't handle GLS parcels. Was sent to post office also not there. Found out online GLS pick up point 8 miles away. Very rude people told me it wasn't there and was sent to another pick up point. No surprise it also wasn't there! Have no clue where parcel is, online tracking just says it's at pick up point, also states parcel is damaged. Wasted an afternoon and still no parcel. Nobody should use this company or Parcel Force in UK to send something to France because GLS will handle (and probably loose or damage) the parcels in France!

The company was supposed to deliver last Friday, my wife waited around most of the day I call them, and they said Monday and the package would be delivered, I called this morning about my package, I was promised me a call back with an eta, almost 6:30 PM and no call back, I waited around all day. (I'm sure I could have been doing something else had I been informed as to the status of my package.)
I can't understand how a company can operate today with such shoddy service.
I can't understand why any company would choose to ship via these guys, when UPS and Fed ex clearly are superior to these guys.

I guess that this is the price one pays for wanting low tier delivery

Do not use this transport company!!! They are terrible. They have destroyed, lost or stolen my package, no one could tell me. They won't take any responsibility or refund anything.
