No shizzle given! And I had to go edit the title for inappropriate language… well inappropriate is the behavior of these companies, pls!!!!
Driver didn鈥檛 even ask If I could go downstairs, he just said I am leaving ur package on top of the mail box; I live in an apartment building with 16 floors, I am on 7; when I tried having a conversation to meet in the middle he basically just left. Amazing!!!

The courier, deliver guy rang my bell, and he identified as the deliver guy I opened the door, and I was waiting more than 20 min At my door, Till my neighbour casually used the lift. And he recognise my packet and came with the box. HE LEAVED MY PACKET ON THE LIFT WITHOUT SAY ANYTHING. someone elsrle could take my packet. I didn't sign any paper, nothing. I'm very complained about. Bad service. Exist communication if the guy can't come can say by the switch.

I鈥檓 giving them 2 stars because they said that I was away and that they couldn鈥檛 deliver my package which wasn鈥檛 true. I was home the whole day and they didn鈥檛 come! Then I had to call them twice to their paid phone number (1 euro per call) and arranged for them to deliver my package the next day. Their customer service representative wasn鈥檛 kind. She said they were going to deliver the next day but couldn鈥檛 tell me an approximate time. She said I had to wait the whole day since 8a.m. I checked my doorbell/intercom and it was working perfectly, so I have my doubts if they ever came. Finally, I did receive my package in order the next day. I鈥檓 not happy with this experience.

I received a message that my package was delivered and even signed off. The package is not delivered! No delivery driver came by and I was home all day
