1 star ….would have given zero if I could…

Totally unacceptable service, came to repair a pump for the boiler and damaged boiler leaving it leaking close to cables and wires. Engineer requested a bowel so and placed it under leaking valve, so knew there was a problem. Completed their job sheet (which they are obliged to go through with the customer) stating the job was completed but didn't discuss this…..just left the paperwork in the airing cupboard by the boiler and left stating boiler was beyond economical repair. Despite this the company then reported back, via their online portal to the company that I have homecare cover with, that the job was completed!!!.I exchanged emails with the director of glowarm who said the error was "spur of the moment". So in summary …… they damaged my boiler left a valve leaking (when it hadn't leaked before), told both the homecare company and me that the job was completed when the valve was leaking close to wires and cables…….and now I need a new boiler. Totally unacceptable
