Worst Customer Service ever!! i was charged twice for the same order…then, contacted them, and they blamed my bank, so i went to my bank and, as i thought, it was Glovo ..App unistalled and i m sure you can find better options than this s*#t

Terrible customer service. Waited 2 hours and a half for my order, never arrived. They took the money, they said the order was completed. My food never came, after I reached out to them, they offered me a voucher for my next order. It was 1AM at that point, so 95% of the restaurants were closed. This wasn't the first time I had to deal with these problems ordering from Glovo.

Don't order through glovo! I'm waiting 1,5h now for someone to pick up my order. The courier already changed 3 times, my food is probably already cold. I can't contact customer service. Removing the app and won't use it anymore!

I've been using Glovo for long time, never had problems. Gave them a lot of money to be fair. But… When I had problem with my order once, I asked them to cancel and refund cuz courier went to wrong building and I don't want my food cold… So they keep copy paste me messages like talking with a BOT. I uninstalled the app and never use it again. Would not recomment to anyone cuz they don't care about you

Just placed the order with Glovo because they offered me c3000 discount coupon. The order was received and the confirmation sent by email for the amount of c3400. Once the order arrived the amount changed and they charged me c6400 instead. Glovo offers fake promo codes and support says the promo expired and there is nothing they can do. At the time of placing the order it was still valid but expired in 30 min? Very interesting…

Customer service is the worst, I got deducted all my money, wanted to change the address of the delivery (and even send an uber to there so that the courrier didn't have to walk all the way). They took the money, cancelled the order and did not give any kind of refund or promocodes. They don't care about customers during these covid times and in general. zero stars

I have never experienced worse customer service. They delivered my food more than 30 minutes late, whenever I tried to locate where was my order and what happened to the service I paid for, I opened in-app chat and customer support started sending me copy pasted messages, not showing an empathy and desire to handle my query. They were sending me responses for the sake of saying! They asked for my ID/passport and blocked my account like I would be bothered to share my personal information for any reason with these unprofessionals. So basically instead of resolving the issue and actually trying to investigate why my meal was delivered late they blocked my account and requested my personal documents. I asked for the email where I could file a complaint and terminate my account cos I lost all belief and trust with this company. They sent me the same copy pasted message via email as a response. What a service! Oh my god, don't wish to happen it anybody. Not recommended. I'm uninstalling the app and getting rid of this stress I had to go through today!

I'm also terminating the account! I even took screenshots of the conversations I have had with the customer support. They created a big mess and gave me painful experience.
Do not trust this company, they will rob you and don't provide you with the service you pay for. 🙂 I'm done with them.

Horrible experiences.
I was a long term client, I have just deleted the app today.
First of all their customer service is just useless. Secondly, the prime option is a big scam, you are supposed to pay monthly (to save) but you actually spend more as there鈥檚 a minimum spending of 10鈧? in addition it鈥檚 only available in half of the restaurants listed in the app.
Overall most of the time you order food there are problems. Either bad conditions of food, missing items, fake promotion codes that never work or huge delays. I am totally done with Glovo and I would not recommend it to anybody.
Go for Deliveroo instead.

One afternoon I made an order at two stores which was a scheduled for the evening. Once I placed the order in the afternoon the correct price and money was withdrawn and payed from my account. However, once the order arrived (2h later), Glovo decided to restore the payments and charge me the double amount. I have tried three times to contact the support explaining the situation without any success. Instead, they have asked me to proof of evidence of the original price, which they themselves edited and changed on the evening after the order was placed in the afternoon. I provided evidence of bank withdrawal from the original price and amount when the order was placed in the afternoon, but customer service ignores that and refuses to verify in their transaction history details.

Customer service just in place to get rid of you. Do not use Glovo because if it goes wrong they do not care. Be prepared to be over charged, get slow delivery and cold food. Wanted it to be good but it was not. Customer service a joke. Cancelled my account and will never use again.

Glovo lost an order that I bought on AliExpress (for an incomprehensible reason, AE has decided to use Glovo for the delivery of its small parcel here in Barcelona). There is no way to track the shipment, but it was listed as "delivered" on October 8. AE debited the money from my card, and ruled in favor of the seller in the dispute I filed.

I've wasted a week and a half already trying to communicate with the people at Glovo. I had to pretend that I wanted to go to a job interview so that they could attend me in the Corporate office. The boy I interviewed with later called me on my cell phone to tell me that the package had been located in the warehouse, and that it would be delivered to me "as soon as possible."

Apparently, "as soon as possible", in the language of these home delivery pizza and kebab delivery men, means "sit down and wait, you may grow old and you will never see our deliveries."

Never in my life have I seen a company with a worse track record, with more customers upset or aggrieved by the lack of professionalism, by the disastrous customer service that this company offers.

The inexplicable thing is that with such a bad record it has not yet gone bankrupt!

Absolutely horrible experience in Dominican Republic. The driver pulled up to office and immediately canceled order and took off with my order. I contacted service right away and they said the driver claimed no customer was there. He did not attempt to enter the office or deliver the food. I had no missed calls or messages (not that that should matter) yet service claimed he could not reach me and said they were going to charge me regardless!!! The driver is a thief and probably thought he would have lunch at my expense. I un installed the app and will never use Glovo again. Furthermore, I will let hundreds of people know what they did to me to prevent this scam from happening to other victims! Abdulutely shameful and unprofessional! Ridiculous customer service. DO NOT USE OR TRUST GLOVO OR DOMINICAN DELIVERY DRIVERS!!!!!!!!

All i wanted was to order a sub but instead one has to send along tons of confidential data, pictures of the passport and visa for "verification", which makes little sense when using a password protected Paypal account for payment.

Customer service apologizes like crazy but can't provide any info on when the data will be deleted.

Hopefully soon another delivery app arises….

There is SO MUCH work to do!
How is it possible to order something by mistake, try to cancel and get charged 100% of the order that you'll never receive? I get if they charge the courier amount, that would be understandable for me but the WHOLE amount when you are not even receiving anything? IT IS ABSURD! Sometimes you have to wait 50-60min for an order but suddenly cancelling almost instantly is not possible. I'm closing my account

Don鈥檛 use glovo app! Besides the Customer service been rude the delivery is bad, they always mess up. Recently they blocked my account for no reason and sent me an email requiring copy of my passport or id and a photo of my credit cards. This is a violation of my privacy, why do they need to see my photo? Why do they need pictures of my credit cards? Other apps don鈥檛 requiere that.

We just ordered The Hard Rock cafe for 50 euros. We have purchased over 30 meals from Glovo Ibiza in the last 10 weeks. The food didn't arrive and they have refused to refund there money as they say that our address doesn't exist even though they deliver here every other day. Eroski can find us, DHL can find us, Ikea can find us, in fact everyone we give our address to can find us including Glove apart from today when they just decided to steel 50 euros from us.

I would leave 0 star if I could. My anniversary lunch will be a sandwich now cause they hire incompetent driver. Never had this issue before, no one rang the doors they just called on my phone but too short to pick up and no way to call back. They refused to resend the food or to give the money back! This is the worst service ever! Avoid it if you can!

UNRELIABLE – DO NOT USE

Extremely bad customer service.
I used Glovo whilst in Portugal, had issues with my food and the responses were very poor. No action was taken by Glovo and any requests to raise a formal complaint (or any type of complaint) were simply ignored.

I am ordering food in Portugal, and the service is so horrible that they can't even translate to English, when i litteraly write them "Please, please, please, por favor, translate to English". They are unable to help me, if i don't speak Portuguese.
The app is horrible, you can't even copy the text in the chat. (propably because they don't want more people to know about their service level) So i am unable to translate their message as well. This could have solved the issue.

Un top of that, i waited more than an hour, and the courier didn't pick up the food (you can't see how far the courier are from pick-up after the bad update) That's why i wrote them in the first place, i was lied to, and told that the courier was still waiting at the store. 1 minute later, the courier was outside the door. (Arround 10 kilometers in distance)

I am absolutely amazed.

I wish I could give less that 1 star to glovo. The worst food app in the world . No care for its customers, restaurants or drivers. Never any support and anyway to take your money. An absolute scam and a pity. Ordering from West Africa , you can see that the app is a scam with no regards or remorse. I was an early adopter but I can never again use them .

HORRIBLE APP. I have had more than one bad experience. Most of the time the food is missing something or the other. My last order never arrived but I was charged for it. Upon emailing them they said the delivery guy waited for me and called me even though I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY CALLS. REFRAIN FROM USING THIS APP. THEY'LL DO ANYTHING TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WON'T REFUND A SINGLE PENNY EVEN THOUGH THEY MESSED UP YOUR ORDER.
