Customer service and there policies are weak. Tried to purchase a safe online. When confirmation printed out, the shipping address was wrong, it reflected my billing information. Called right away to correct it, outdated and poor policies would not let them correct it. I would have to cancel order and re-enter it. They refused to even try to correct the address. Claimed some sort of security crap. Funny thing is, when they sent the cancellation confirmation, the address was correct. Their inadequate systems just showed the wrong address on my printer order confirmation. Theresa Bennett, customer service rep, didn't even try to help. Just claimed the policy crap all over again. She's as clueless as her company. I gave my business to National Business Furniture. Too bad their employees don't care about the company. Didn't you know you are supposed to work with customers and help them???
