I'm not sure if this site is legit. Do not trust them. They keep feeding me with some BS excuses on my email inquiries about my order. Indeed, a lesson learned ~ always read the reviews before you purchase online.

They have not even shipped this yet according to there tracking site that I had to pay an extra 98 cents to order my glasses.

I think they just take the orders and skim the money that people do not fight them for. Over a month and my glasses have not even shipped yet according to their own tracking app that I had to pay. 98 cents for. Maybe that is their scam. I could easily forget to get that. 98 back.

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. The discount is not worth your time in frustration! If you need help you are only able to get a hold of online chat and all they can do is put in requests to managers who don't exist.

This site may be ok if you're just ordering frames but DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ADD YOUR PRESCRIPTION FOR THE LENS. I gave them 3 chances to get it right and 6 months later it is still wrong. Never again. Smh

I'm writing this review now because I don't have much else better to do during these COVID times and I should clear up the name of a company that gave me much better service than they are known for here on this site. I also remember reading a very, very stupid piece of advice on Reddit saying that this company is likely a scam because they offer significantly lower prices than what the optician offers. After some research, no, it's just because that person is an optician themselves, and has an ulterior motive to convince others to not shop at online prescription stores where they get significantly discounted frames. The optician doesn't want you to know that the brand name frames you pay $400 for actually only cost them $100, even if they are made in a fancy European country. Ultimately, frames are still, at their best, just cut metal/molded plastic. So yes, like Walmart or Amazon, this company sells to you at slightly above wholesale prices but at a significant volume to make their penny.

Contrary to other reviews here, this site was actually very good for me. Like other sites on trustpilot, I'm assuming the only people who come here are the ones who didn't have a good time. I mean seriously, I've ordered probably over 1000 things on Amazon over the last 10 years and while I did have some delivery problems, they were solved within 24 hours by customer service. Trustpilot would have you believing that Amazon's customer service is the worst thing in the world! I spent $500 on a pair of eyeglasses here (I have a high prescription) where I would have otherwise spent double in my local optician's store for the same frames and lenses. It took 4 weeks from the day I ordered my glasses to the day I finally received them. Pretty slow compared to other competitors, which are around 2 weeks. However, those competitors are using in-house, cheap brand frames which I don't want, whereas this site has actual brands (which are thankfully genuine, I called Gucci to verify I had a real product) which are significantly better quality. So I will deduct one star for the speed of the service, which can definitely be improved. The customer service is definitely not bad, it took about a week for them to respond but I e-mailed to get a 10% discount that didn't correctly apply, and they fixed it.

Overall, if you're looking to order a pair of prescription eyeglasses that you could get at your local optician instead of settling for the cheap made in China plastic stuff (WP, Z, EBD, no idea if I can mention those by their full name) this site isn't perfect by any means, but they'll definitely get the job done. The reason why I chose this site in particular with the dozens of other similar sites is mostly their payment methods, since they accept PayPal and Amazon Pay, there is no realistic way they can turn a profit by scamming the customer because it's very easy to get a refund in case there is a problem.

Very easy, I called your customer service to verify the return policy as I was torn between two frames, a very helpful person advised me I would be given a full refund for a return. Also, so many quality choices and high end frames, very impressive, better choices than Warby Parker.

There aren't enough pictures, not sure which tint I'm ordering, and I had to try 7 times for various cards to go through (there is plenty of money left in each account)

Complete fraud. Never received frames i paid for First they sent email saying 3-5 days after ordering. not respond to emails or calls word company ever don鈥檛 buy anything from them I want my money back!!!!

A little frustrating that the an offer for RXHOLIDAY popped up twice, but not available. Searched for telephone number, nice lady gave me another code.

My coupon code did not work. I just signed up for your email list today and got code rxholiday but my discount wasnt applied…

pop up advised i could receive an additional 15% if i would sign up for email which i did. Code RXHOLIDAY did then not work. Scam to get my email address. Only ordered them from here because the 15 off was going to price match another site. Now I am paying $20 more.

Found these glasses for a friend. They were 269.00 from sunglass hut. Got them for 50% off and then another 10% off with a coupon. That is because I held them in my cart a couple of days and I was contemplating purchasing them for my friend. With the additional 10% Over 60% off and free shipping was the selling point for me! Thank you! I would definitely recommend my friends to your website.

Your service was excellent. The glasses I received were not the glasses I wanted so I have filed for a return. I requested a different color Polo 2175 5640 50 MM 5020-145 that II hope you have. They have been discontinued by the Manufacturer but I liked them and received many compliments on the glasses.

Ordering frames was easy and cheap. Though a little more than $1 shy of $99 after 20% discount, still gave me free shipping. I'm happy!
