I ordered glasses here over a month ago and keep checking the tracking but it never updates. I contacted customer service they said because of covid it's delayed… uhm I've ordered glasses online from tons of other places and the shipping and turn around time is always quick. So I finally broke down and called the post office they looked up the tracking number and said the label was printed but the glasses were never actually shipped from the facility… wow I can't believe I was ripped off… what a waste of time and money… will NEVER buy from here again… so disappointed… I just really wanted these glasses too… so sad they lost what would have been a great customer…

The glasses look great. I would say good quality but the progressive bifocal starts too low . That is ,I have to stare almost to the bottom of the lens to get the benefit

My glasses broke and I want a refund

I love my glasses and I also bought a pair for daughter. She is in love with her glasses too. This is the second I bought from yall and the shipping was fast.

I ordered glasses with a new prescription and the glasses hurt my eyes. I've emailed customer service multiple times to request an exchange or return but I've heard nothing back!! Now I have these glasses that I can't wear that I've wasted money on. I'll never buy glasses from here again. This is ridiculous.

I ordered glasses, email says they were delivered but when got home no glasses. Now they want me to try and play investigator to find my glasses which I paid to have them delivered. So far just the run around.

I bought glasses and wrote a review before. Was very pleased with my purchase. I fell and broke the frame of my glasses. I was able to order just the frames. Shipped immediately. Again, very pleased with the purchase. Highly recommend this company!

They do not have any accurate information, they told me they will give me an update about the product whereabouts within and still no update. They aren't picking up calls and barely any prompt reply. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, do not order

I made my order and then realized less then 5 hours later i miss typed part of my perception I called in to change it and was told it was fine then two days later was emailed that I need to pay for half of the original lenes which weren't even made yet.

I really was not expecting the glasses to be much of anything. However, the shipping time was great, and the quality of the frame was great as well! The ordering process is simple, and there are many different styles to choose from. All you do is put it your prescription and select your style! I definitely will be ordering from here next time. Love the frame very much!

Less than one star… sent me the wrong glasses and they are broken !

I was never told that these glasses would be made in or be shipped from China…………..These glasses are HORRIBLE! They are not properly aligned and are totally useless!

UPDATE: SLOW SHIPPING AND DEFECTIVE GLASSES.
On arrival, my glasses were crooked. I鈥檝e been wearing glasses for 45 years – I know what crooked glasses feel like/look like. I emailed glassesshop to get return instructions. Thus began a back and forth email fiasco between me and someone in their overseas customer service department. First they wanted a photo. I sent a photo very clearly showing the glasses sitting crooked. That wasn鈥檛 good enough. They wanted another. I sent another. That wasn鈥檛 good enough. They 鈥渃ouldn鈥檛 see鈥?how the glasses were crooked. If they think I鈥檓 going to go round and round for $30, they鈥檙e wrong. I told them I鈥檇 just update my review and they can keep the $30. NEVER AGAIN. Go to a more trustworthy company.

INITIAL REVIEW: The slowest glasses company I鈥檝e ever ordered from. Coastal, Zinni, etc would鈥檝e had them here in a week.
Ordered 8/7. It鈥檚 now 8/30, no glasses.

Was really disappointed..i order my glasses June 24.2020 and didn't receive them until August 2020.had to call for replacement because never received the first order.no communication at all.and service was really bad.they make you feel like if your lying.

I am cancelling my order due to the customer service rep speaking to me like I was garbage. I never got to being able to review the actual glasses since my order is not placed yet. I had to to verify my prescription, which I did via phone call after contacting live chat, but the verification didn't go through. When I checked back today, I was spoken to so rudely that I just want my money back. I have e mailed and left voice mails to ask for a refund. We'll see if I get one. Do NOT recommend. I've been ordering glasses online for 13 years, never had an experience like this.

I have ordered px glasses from Goggles4U and GlassesUSA for myself, my son and my mother several times. My 1st order at Glassesshop I incorrectly typed my px so that was my fault. I recd a store a store credit and promptly bought 2 pairs during a BOGO special with thinnest lens package. CAN'T SEE THRU THEM AT ALL- BLURRY. Waste of over $200. Nice frames but completely useless for me. Will stick with Goggles4u and Glassesusa. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM GLASSESSHOP AGAIN.
*9/7/20 UPDATE: ordered from Goggles4u using same prescription and received my 3 pairs of glasses – can see great thru these glasses. Not sure why Glassesshop couldnt make my glasses correctly but Goggles4u could.

I had originally ordered glasses back at the end of May 2020. I knew that with covid delays that things would probably take a little longer, after two months of waiting and my tracking number not being updated I reached out to Glassesshop, even though it wasn't their issue it must've been lost at Customs. They were fast to respond and had reissued my order and I got within a week of speaking with them.
Great customer service.
The glasses I ordered are fantastic as usual. Great price and excellence quality. This was my second order and definitely will not be my last.

The good: Good prices and excellent shipping.
The bad : Very cheap feeling of frame. Right eye was WAY off and I could not see out of that side. Used same prescription elsewhere and it was perfect. I threw away the glasses. I was also constantly sent emails saying that I had not received the glasses when I had.

I was so worried about buying glasses online. I have a pretty strong prescription and I've always had to pay hundreds of dollars to get lenses that are thin enough and frames that are actually cute. I am so unbelievably thrilled with how these turned out! Will definitely be buying from here in the future!

I was so so happy when I received it. The delivery was super fast and it was well packed and perfect. I am very VERY happy with my purchase. This is one of the best frames ever. I prefer the lightness and comfort. Besides, I find it very beautiful aesthetically not even feel once worn. I highly recommend it.
