I'm so glad I found these guys. They have the best customer service and super nice collars. Elle Is amazing is was able to overnight a crystal collar so that I could have in time for christmas. Thank you again!

Shipping took forever from order date, but more importantly… WORST customer service I have ever encountered. SO rude and nasty it is unbelievable. I had a partial return so I requested the return form which was quickly sent over, but unfortunately after having to cancel the card used during purchase due to fraud I asked how I could be refunded and was told a gift card was easiest for them. I said I preferred a refund as it was over $100.00 and was told the issue would be forwarded to accountant to handle. A few days later I hadn't heard anything new so I emailed for an update and was returned with rude, nasty, UNPROFESSIONAL responses. I'm adding a photo of the email conversations because it is truly surprising how poorly they handle business. Red is Glamour Mutt <[email protected]>
My package was shipped out 10 minutes after the emails, on the last day of their 15 day return policy. WHO KNOWS IF I WILL ACTUALLY GET MY REFUND considering the card used to purchase is cancelled and they have been unhelpful. I was never told HOW I will get my refund but was done going back and forth with their aggressive emails avoiding answering my question! I wish I never ordered from them in the first place.

I love spoiling my glamour pup with their great products! Love all the Louis Dog beds, Susan Lanci bows,leashes & collars, and Chewy Vuitton toys! Great stuff, no problems with transactions.
