They are a bunch of thieves. I bought Adidas shoes for my son. And received a cheap scarf instead. Shocking and very disappointing. Would love my money back but are not holding my breath.

I ordered 2 pair of Timberland work boots. My credit card was rejected. It doesn鈥檛 end there. I paid with my debit card. Then I find out my credit card was hacked. Weeks later I received a cheap knockoff scarf. ??? I asked them where are my boots? Our mistake. Keep the scarf and we will refund you 45%. ?? I don鈥檛 want a cheap $3 bootleg scarf especially not for $90. Then they told me no refund. What a bunch of thieves

A scam. I ordered what I thought was Pandora charms and they sent me a counterfeit bracelet instead.

I blame my bank too because the transaction in November was in dollars and i reported it to AIB when I became suspicious for them only to tell me its ok that Gladeals have been on their system.

Only today 21/2/2020, after i sent the item back with registerd post last December which they refused to take at the address their so called customer service supplied, they sent me an email from customer service in Indonesia saying they cant do a refund and to get my bank to start a chargeback.

Its a win win for gladeals and vgiftmall.

I'm so ashamed to have fallen for this … spent 150NZD on two HP photo printers and received a fake fenti hat from China. They told me at this point that they would sent the correct product out if I returned the hat.
After 4 emails from my end requesting a full refund, I got this reply:

We have contacted our colleagues to resend for you, but the item you ordered is out of stock.
Considering your loss, we have asked our manager and was informed that we can give you 32.6% refund of the product's value, and you can keep the item you received.
You know, we both are the victims, and we lost the correct item we sent.
Besides, we also paid a large part of shipping fee for you and get in vain.
If yes, we will proceed the refund immediately.

Total scam. Whatever they are selling, you will never get it. Reported them to my bank. Even they suggest getting money back from your bank instead of getting a refund from them. This is the email they sent me 3 months after I cancelled payment:

We are customer service staffs of lifeshopstar.com.

Saw an ad from Gladeals on Facebook. On sale was a pair of Dr Marten shoes which I knew my son would like for Christmas. This was the first week of December. I paid $45.98 for them and immediately noticed the receipt didn't look totally normal. No info on shipping or tracking. So, I wrote them and asked for tracking info/shipping date. It's 3 months later and still no shoes and Gladeals is disputing my claim through my bank I filed. My son didn't get the advertised Dr Marten's. Still waiting on a resolution to this with Gladeals. And they don't make it that easy to communicate with them.

nfljerseysale.site, aka gladeals.com is a scam, my money and no product shipped, no recourse as I took to long to ask my bank to reverse charges. Reading reviews the scam artist must be rich, as humans from US and Europe reporting it.

I ordered at comtech-reziprok.de a door stoper for 27 eur and got a scarf worth nothing. The payment details were gladeals

After I got no answer from contact from the site – my mail was always unsuccessfuly delivered, I contacted gladeals.com. This site is the same system like above one. This time I didn't get no message that would say there is something wrong when delivered. They have now written email address account-paynaga but they did not answer. Now I see, they are the ones to avoid. I lost 27 euro, needed the stoper for my old dog. Shame on them, stop them. I waited 50 days and waited. Gladeals gets the payment, the same looking site like comtech-reziprok.de.. scarf instead of something worth much more. Shame on all of them. Info-gladeals probably doesnt exist anymore. Will write to this address also.

I paid $108 for a football jersey and was sent a cheap knock off Tiffany bracelet instead. The fake bracelet can be purchased for $5 online. When I contacted the company this is what they told me:

This is a SCAM! I ordered some Hoka shoes that seemed like a reasonably good deal at $76. After 5 weeks I contacted them to find out where my product was and they said they it was delivered. I checked my mailbox and there was a $15 pair of sunglasses from China. I contacted them to let them know that I received the wrong package and could send it back if they give me a label and that I either wanted the correct product I paid for or a refund. They offered to send me the right product, but then they said they didn鈥檛 have it anymore because of the sale and that because of the logistical error they could offer me 30% of the price I paid in refund. I emailed back absolutely not and that they owe me 100% refund and no response. SCAM!!!!

I ordered a Fitbit charge 3 from an ad on Instagram. I paid $41.99 + tax + shipping in US funds. My bank account was charged $62.80 to Gladeals. Five weeks later I received a crappy silk scarf. I have been emailing the company who claims the shipper lost it and there's nothing they can do about it. They offered me a 47% refund which I probably won't receive

I ordered boots from dr martens.com and the payment came out as gladeals.com. This was the beginning of dec. I have put a despute in with the bank and because the 2 companies don't tally. I'm having he'll trying to get my money back the cheeky cows just sent me a pair of ray ban glasses probably take. Be careful people. If it seems to good to be true then it is to good to be true. Ordered building block kits via a different website panic when noticed money take by gladeals.com received a belt and pair of glasses. No further communication from them. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FOR THESE SCAMMERS!

Very bad experience!!! I ordered some fishing stuff from another company site, but my payment was cashed by GLADEALS.COM. Instead of what I paid for, they sent me a f.ck..g lipstick. I'm very upset, the value of what i ordered and paid, is much more huge of what has been delivered. Moreover, no one reply e-mails or calls anymore

It was advertised on Facebook as 80% clearance on Oroton Handbags and I was charged aus $213 . Withintwo weeks received a cheap copy of Cuggi Tshirt from China. When I disputed it. The response was that the order was Delivered so the Bank closed the investigation. Scam .Scam . Scam. I鈥檝e tried to contact directly. But you guessed its Not valid Emails

If I could have selected a minus star I would have. I bought a Radley bag and purse and 5 weeks later I received socks, when I asked about my order they blamed logistics and offered me 35% refund. I鈥檝e asked for full refund now but suspect I will get nothing. This offer was an advert on Facebook, so please be aware and avoid purchasing items from anything advertised on Facebook like the plague.
