It's the worst insurance company ever, do not do lejlighedsforsikring with them. It's useless. you will just lose the money and will not get anything.
I started a claim with them the 27/07/2020 for issues in the electricity and until today (28/09/2020) didn't get things resolved at all. They sent an electrician who was trying to tell me that everything is fine and the insurance will not cover etc.. and then I hired another electrician who discovered more issues in the apartment.
I sent them the new report from the electrician and every week for 4 weeks they say they will get back within this week. I sent the documents the 01/09 and until today 28/09 they say can't promise when I will receive an answer.
Don't lose your money with them.
Modification 1: I know the case is not finished yet, but I'm frustrated from the fact that the case started the 27/07 and the last documents I sent was on the 01/09 and still didn't get any answer (28/09/2020). I have been calling you weekly and always get the same answer: "you will get an answer within the end of the week but can't promise when exactly".
Are you going to compensate me the time lost with you??? I have been postponing painting and other renovations for 2 months due to you. I still believe it's useless to do the insurance with you because I would have paid the electrician directly with the same money and saved the time lost with you.

Once there were problems they were very diligent at finding all the policy loopholes to avoid any responsibility.
When I asked about making use of the legal support included in my policy, they replied they would only cover cases if I had to go to court (no legal advice). When I had to go to court with the people that had damaged my house, the found a policy loophole to leave me on my own.

As many of your processes are done through the web page, it is not easy for non-Danish speakers.
