Complete scam. I ordered a knife block 3 weeks ago but never delivered as I was told they were having problems with Hermes couriers. Ordered cancelled by Gizoo and I have been told it could take up to 40 days for refund. It only took them minutes to take my money. I will never use this company again and certainly not recommend them to anyone.

I ordered a wireless av receiver and transmitter. I could not get it to work even though the transmitter and receiver were next to each other. I sent it back Gizooo and they said there was no fault. Given that there is a limit to how you could connect this I do not believe them. I wrote a review stating this and it was never shown. They only show good reviews. Do not trust the reviews

Great products, nice people handled my complaint about the wareabouts of the products belatedly sent to a freind as birthday present.

Turns out the product was delivered 6 doors down the road and the card about delivery was then posted at the wrong house… oh dear. They should change thier delivery company I believe was dpd

Bought some travel related gifts for myself and friends. Items were cheaper than elsewhere, my delivery was free (over 拢25), but postage rates reasonable, items arrived quickly and with no problems.

I had an email saying quite clearly free delivery on all orders. So i put a few items in my trolley that came to about 拢13-14. I noticed delivery was added at the payments stage. I emailed the company with the offending email as proof that i should have got free delivery only to be told that no, i had to spend 拢25 to get free delivery.

So i asked why it says free delivery on the email to be told that it meant free delivery on orders over 拢25 and was an error. Absolutely no apologies, in fact rude. Absoulutely not getting my business.

I will never use Gizoo again. I regret not ordering from Amazon as Gizoo was slightly cheaper. I have been waiting nearly a week now for delivery. I contacted them only to be told to wait a further 14 days for delivery!?
I've learnt my lesson, order from Amazon as they're very reliable!

I placed my first order with this company before Christmas, and as a result of my experiences I will never use these people again.

The item I ordered was initially listed as being out of stock but more was expected very soon. I placed the order, and despite their website telling you that you will be updated if there are any problems with stock availability, I heard nothing from them. It was only by chance that I checked the website and saw that this item was now not expected to be in stock until January. There is no information on their website about how to cancel an order, so I had no alternative but to raise a customer service ticket. Mysteriously, this item then came into stock and despite my asking them to cancel the order they ignored my request and sent the item anyway. They slightly redeemed themselves by giving me a freepost address to return the item. However, despite continued chasing I have yet to receive any confirmation as to whether they have received this item back, and when they will refund my credit card.

Use this company at your own risk!

Unfortunately I ordered from Gizoo in good faith and paid for next day delivery. When my order status still showed awaiting shipping, I called them, only to be told it takes 3-5 working days to ship. The customer service agent realised I had paid for express delivery but he could not look into this for me as the "management" were not there and I should call back tomorrow. Very disappointed as this was a gift for someone. A bad case of over promising and under delivering.

Ordered 8 items 13 days ago now and have still not been dispatched. One of the items was cancelled and no reason was given as to why although they said on the phone they had 98 in stock. Have phoned 4 times, emailed twice, got nowhere.

If this is not resolved in 48 hours I will be reporting them to my bank for suspected fraud as they have my card details and my order totalled around 拢300.

DO NOT trust this company.

Placed an order on Sunday and chose free delivery as it was over 30 pounds. Email received when order was dispatched and it arrived just 2 days after placing the order in perfect condition and very good packed.
I have no complaints.

I have used this firm many times in the past and learned to trust them in terms of reliability, customer service and speed of delivery. The last two orders placed with them however, have revealed that this is not the company it used to be. I am still waiting for an order I placed and paid for on the 27th MARCH! They do not reply to emails, and when I phoned them they were bad mannered and grossly unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
