Do not buy! We received 3 kits of legging and sweaters after 50 days, we ordered 3 different adult size and the goods we received are fit 10-13 year's old kid, the sizes of the goods are all the same. No adress or phone number on their site. Good luck.

Got the items ! Looks so poor . Believe they are just a broker that does great marketing on Instagram for products from Wish.. crap that's made in China paid $40 for the same exact item that is on wish for $9 … stay away keep your money

STAY AWAY from this company!!! THEY ARE DEFINITELY A FRAUD/SCAM. I Place an order on 04-07-20 and they took my money via my PayPal transaction. Then on 4-12-20 they provided me with a USPS tracking number that I could track via the ARRIVE app and USPS tracking number said: 9361269903504714037500

Its now 4-27-20..After sending four emails to Gio Voss and NO response from them, the USPS supervisor told me to report it to my bank and dispute. Sad but these IG, FB business and Ads are RISKY! Always GOOGLE the company and check REVIEWS! This one I overlooked, but the BAD reviews including mines is the TRUTH!

NOTE: I work in e-commerce and know they're violating FTC rules.

I ordered some shirts from them on March 14th, and 6 weeks later, I still have not received my purchase, as well as NO TRACKING INFO.
The link they provided did not work, and I spent two weeks going back-and-forth with Giovoss support just to be told "not to worry", as they refused to process a cancellation or provide a working tracking number. They also told me that they only accepted returns within 60 MINUTES of placing an order.

The fact they didn't provide shipping information within 30 days of placing my order means that they are legally obligated by the FTC's Federal Code of Regulations to either:
A) Offer me an immediate cancellation and refund
B) Get my consent for further shipping delays

To anyone else who has been unfairly treated by this company, please file a complaint against them with the FTC! It's the only tool we consumers have to bring bad actors like this in line. I ordered an overcoat and a shirt more than a month ago and never received anything. There is no way to contact this business and it is all nothing but fake. This kind of business is what gives people second thoughts before they order anything. Please be careful about GIOVOSS before they get away with your money.

I am more than satisfied with Gio Voss easy to order and good service, whrite and tell me about the order, and after reciving them they whrote again and asked if everything was good. :))

Do not buy from this company. The clothing is poor quality and I had to pay to return the item. They don鈥檛 even provide a return shipping label. On top of that, they asked me to track it myself and let them know when they received it…really? They don鈥檛 seem very legitimate. I hope I get my money back.

Shipping takes forever, quality is garbage and customer service is poor. It took about 2 weeks to just ship my order, then I washed the shirts once and they shrunk so small even though I washed them properly. I contacted support and they couldn't help, they just offered 15% off my next purchase like I would dare shop with them again, STAY AWAY

My first purchase made it seemed super great, since it is fast, easy to make and the shirt on offer that I bought is very nice.

I bought a cardigan that is better to mop the floor with!!! It鈥檚 nothing like the photo I saw online. It looks old, dull, stained, It鈥檚 a scam. Supplier is from China, it cost them probably $10 and they sell it for me for $100. It鈥檚 a rip off. When I asked to return it, they stopped replying to my messages.

Since June 7th , 2019 ,I have not received a tracking number. They stole my money?!!! They also operate on Goivox and Giovoss! Take a Look at their INSTAGRAM!!!!

I have placed an order which has been received, my card has been debited and i have received a confirmation email. Only for me to wake up to another email saying my transaction hasnt gone through because the system detected an error and i need to send my ID and my card to verify. I have never heard of this before and now i am scared for my transaction thinking I鈥檝e been defrauded.
