Just like everyone else I ordered the back yard water park on 6/20. It was via an ad on Facebook so I just assumed it was legit and didn't look up any info on the company. I'll never make that mistake again. Product never shipped I went back and forth with them a couple times. On 8/9 I received an email that they refunded my $59.99 to my card. I was so happy. But of course that was a lie too. 8/20 and still no refund to my card. I responded to that refund email today and my response came back as undeliverable. Went to their website and their domain is for sale. Shame on them. I'm sure our stories are only a fraction of the money that they stole.

I ordered 2 water splash pads back in May. Nothing yet. No one will answer my emails. And now it says the number is not valid!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!! I actually got an email asking how my experience was.

Purchased a backyard blow up water park for $99, never received a shipping confirmation. Sent them an email 2-3 weeks later to find out what was going on. They responded with a generic email stating how busy they were and offered a 10% discount on another item. Weeks continued to go by with no help from them. I finally filed a dispute through PayPal then received an email from the company saying the shipment has already been sent….but still no tracking number. I asked for a refund so after a week or two they sent me an email saying they had refunded m money but they never did. This is BS! How is this crap allowed to advertise on Facebook? I think we need to go after them! Facebook should be responsible!

So I'm a real normal person. I ordered June 4.. didn't receive an acceptable of order confirmation for 2 weeks hen 2 weeks later they told me it shipped… but still no tracking. So I waited and asked for an update and then they gave me the tracking. And another 2 weeks so 6 weeks at this point and still no items so I asked for a refund but they said t shipped so they couldn't refund me yet I didn't have a tracking update. So then 2 weeks later they tell me they're refundig me my money because they no longer have this item in stock. WhT!? I read reviews before ordering and believe they're bogus…. no way are they real.

On May the 20th I ordered 3 bicycle cell phone holders, have never received merchandise. 10 emails have provided no relief from this company. Bank card company said review a company before ordering items on FACE BOOK, I wish I had. Ordered the same item from AMAZON and received item in 2 days for 70% less the cost. Bank said review company and then see how much AMAZON charges for the same item. Again, I wish I had.

As with everyone else, I ordered a motorized pool toy for my grandkids back in June and never received it! They have the audacity to keep emailing me about how I like my product. I responded by saying that I never received it and was told that it was so widely popular that they ran out and are working on getting more! That was 6-7 weeks ago! Now I go to a website, following the proper channels, and it basically says that China screwed us and we have no money for refunds!! DON'T FALL FOR THE CUTE PRODUCTS THAT THEY ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK!! MOST ARE FROM CHINA!!!

I ordered a gift back in June, they took my money thru Paypal that same day…June 2, 2019. I have never received my purchased item. It's August, I receive an e-mail that my money was refunded on August 12th. NOPE!! I respond to their e-mail…comes back as "invalid." They must have shut down. So I got ripped off…lesson learned.

TERRIBLE. As everyone knows by now. I'm just posting to say I paid through PayPal, so I escalated through them and was able to get a full refund. Also, I reported them the to BBB and Federal Trade Commission. I hope they are "going out of business" because they were caught!!

I Purchased a large inflatable soccer ball on June 17 and I have inquired a few times about the status of the order and was told that shipping from China was delayed I inquired 2-3 more times over the summer about product availability and then finally asking for a refund. It has now been 2 1/2 months after the initial order and my emails to the support website come back undeliverable and state that the email address does not exist!
