Tbh I wouldn鈥檛 even put one star, I got the iced out hoops which isn鈥檛 fully iced out which the picture doesn鈥檛 show and the hoop is literally so big! It looks like a hoop made for women. The shine is also nothing. Very disappointed in my purchase and will never buy from them again and I advise the same. Horrible, just complete garbage 馃棏 Stay away from the gifted few 馃憣

SOO where to start. I ordered a dynasty watch and it took weeks to arrive and then it didn't last a day. It broke as i put the watch on and I ask for a refund and they say
''I got you fam, send us an email.''
and 2 days later NO email.
Do Not buy from them they are not trusted and the dynasty band/strap isn't fully iced.They made it look like it was fully iced BUT IT IS NOT!

I purchased the 4.83 cushion cut blue solitaire. I received it very quickly, 2 days after ordering. The stone is what you would imagine for a $500 4.83 C sapphire. It has no depth. Perhaps cushion cuts are cut to look "flat". It looks black under most lighting. Outdoors it looks to have too much purple for my taste. I guess I was hoping to get lucky. I called customer service and asked how their prices were so low before ordering, and was told that it was because they were not a retailer. I now know that it's because they are less sought after stones. Jewelers probably wouldn't use them in a retail store. Unfortunately, my daughter wanted to try it on and ripped the tag off, otherwise I would have sent it back. Customer service was great and delivery was fast.

I just received a pair of large blue topaz earrings from Gifted Jewelry. I was stunned by their beauty. The full, rich color and facets, plus the way they are mounted, shows superior craftmanship. I have a very nice collection of precious and semi-precious jewelry, and I have to say these earrings more than hold their own. Absolutely stunning! I had no problem finding what I was looking for. The picture of the stone was exactly what I received. It made a great Christmas gift for my wife. She was very pleased with it. I would order again here with no problem.

My friends usually keep me in the loop, so to speak. I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get customer service to respond to my email, but with no success. I want to return a portion of my order, i.e., a saphire pendant necklace that I ordered with a pair of saphire pendant earrings for my wife. She loves the earrings but does not like the pendant necklace. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate a phone number or address to communicate directly with Gifted Jewelry's customer service staff. Maybe you can have them email me directly and explain how i can return and receive credit for the necklace in question? Thus far, I am at a total loss about how to do so. Meanwhile, I would have to give Gifted Jewelry an F- for customer service and quality care follow up.

I ordered a birthstone ring for my daughter but received the wrong ring. It was not the correct item that I ordered and paid for. I have been told that I can return the item but do not trust that I will get the correct item or the money back. This was supposed to have been a gift for my daughter and I am very disappointed.
