Unfortunately I have had the displeasure of dealing with Mark Colby.

He was recommended by the Project Manager for Anglian Home Improvements as they are fitting my conservatory.

Various texts, emails and phone calls with literally no response.
I called today because an electrician is needed to carry out some work before the plasterer arrives later in the week. The electrician from the office arrived last week (Simon, perfectly polite and helpful), took a list of the work required (which had been emailed to Mark Colby at least a week ago) and said I should call the office if I hadn't received a response as ideally they need to return before the electrician.

Twice I called, Mark Colby said he'd call back within 5 minutes. 20 minutes after the first phone call, no response. Called again to be told 5 minutes. 45 minutes after the second phone call I call again. This time he shouts down the phone saying he's in the middle of writing out the invoice and when I tell him it's unacceptable to be speaking to me in such a manner he hung up the phone.

I contacted Anglian Home Improvements to make a formal complaint as I could not believe how rude and unprofessional Mark Colby has been and the disgusting customer service. He basically told the Project Manager things became heated and he hung up the phone. What happened is he decided to shout at me after repeatedly ignoring me and saying he would provide a quote which he failed to do.

Finally I receive an email with no apology and a quote from Mark Colby for 拢704.40 including VAT for installing:
4 electric sockets (3 internal, one external)
1 flood light, 1 outdoor lantern light (both of which I would supply)
Wiring an internal ceiling light.

Absolute rip off.
Instead I have contracted the services to a reputable company with certified electricians for 拢96 x 4 hours.

Perhaps he thought I would use his company because he's left it so late to provide a quote knowing the conservatory build is on a tight schedule of work.

Avoid this company like the plague.
Extortionate prices and the management have no idea about customer service.
