On the website promised max 5 days delivery, after phone calls and emails, i get an email after 3 weeks saying "your goods are packed and ready to ship". Complete dissatisfied, look for other suppliers, not trustworthy anymore.

I鈥檝e had a competent electrician looking at it and he says that it鈥檚 the freon in the engine that is leaking and this will never be able to cool / freeze.
If I have to get it done by a professional, it will cost more than what your new price is.
I think it is deeply unprofessional that you cannot help me through this problem – it鈥檚 a product failure that you should take back in a heartbeat, but you won't because you have all these rules that prevents you from providing any kind of customer service.
Don't ever buy from here! And if your are corresponding with Alexander from GGM Sweden, you should ask for other support. He does nothing good for the company or YOU!

Bought 1 freezer and one refridgerator to my restaurant.
First:
Got wrong shells, and they refused to change to the right size.
They claimed that I did get the right size, but the swhells I got was to wide, so they did not fit eighter in the freezer or inte fridge.
They said that was not possible, even though I did send the mesurements, and picture.
After 2 months they finally send me the right shells.
But the freezer was full of productionmistakes.
It leaked, it var not straight, it was wrongly screwed togehter, it was open hole from the top into the freezer.

– but that was not enough; thet told me to hire a serviceman to check, at my own expence!
We should take out the freezer, when it was frozen(!!!) to the wall!
– obviousely no insulation on back side, si ice bulid up, and froze the freezer stuck to the wall, and that gave the result thatwe torn of a part of the wallcoating by trying to remove it.
Things in the freezer was covered with ice from the dripping water inside.
The motor was running ALL the time, trying to keep the freezer cold (without succed).
FINALLY, after 4(!) months they replaced that all defect freezer…
– and a new came wit several of the same mistakes!
(Hole at the top, dripping water inside, motor constantly running trying to keep temprature without luck)
I have tried and tried to get help again and again; they do not even answer after a short message that I could try to fill the hole in the top myself, to see if it helps…
UNTIL they could say that the warranty periode was over!!!
DO NOT buy from this company; it is only a LOT of trouble!!!

I bought a 10.000 kr. refrigerator and a 10.000 hood.
The Refrigerator had damage to it when we revived it and they refuse to compensate more than a few hundred kr.
They claim that due to the warping didn't have a dent they couldn't charge the freight company for this.
And i told them that it looked like the dents had been there since it was wrapped.
The hood is even more crazy..
a few weeks after i put it to use, its starts shaking crazy, i call and write them and they tell me to check if its properly fixed to the wall and to check inside the engine that nothing is loose.
everything looks fine but it keeps shaking more and more.
The lights fall out of it and it shakes so much we are afraid of using it.
Then i find that the whole engine has a big crack in it and thats why it was shacking, the motor is simply breaking apart.
Now i just get lots of emails from a employee who writes in such a bad manor you should think he does not like hes job.
He claims it my fault for not cleaning the inside of the engine even though it started a few weeks after we began using it, and he claims it my own fault.
He refuses to let me speak to a manager
I have now called the HQ and hope they can solve it, I will keep you updated
