Wow! What a great morning out on the water with Gary. He was super onto it and listened to the radio to check all the action on the water and then took us to it all. We booked the Albatross tour and also got to hang out with many other breeds of bird life up close, over 1000 dolphins, saw some seals and to top it all off a male and female orca that were super close to us. What more could you possibly want. Kaikoura certainly turned it all on for us. It was the trip of a lifetime. Thank you Gary! 🙂

There's a lot of information and sales related effort. But once I bought something, don't remember hearing anything helpful from them. I'm on a email list so get the sales part still. However, it was really up to me reaching out to the actual service provider of the tour to make sure we were in contact and everything was lined up and ready that day.

What I love the most is the 24 hour cancellation policy regardless – this is very reasonable for any tourist as circumstances could be all kind of. So far I have used the Avenue only in Dubai and I love it, planning to make it my man tour reservation app for all future destinations. Keep up the great job!

Very informative. Easy enough to find. Give yourself plenty of time to get there fro the city Centre as it's quite far. The weather we had was amazing. We saw seals. Sadly the other wildlife (other reviews told us about) weren't there like puffins or porpoises. We even got off on the island to see the amazing views as the Abby was ok. You simply pay an extra 拢6 per person to go on the island.

Have used in Iceland and crete and would highly recommend. Have never let me down. Excellent communication. Travelling alone they are a great backup for seeing places safely

We booked for the auschwitz trip.
Our driver was Paul he was brilliant very informative, told us the where to go and the main things to see in both camps.
The price we paid was definitely value for money next time we will book with tour guide.
Paul told us about the area and history of krakow and the camp. And pointed things out to us on our way to auschwitz.
Would definitely recommend and use again

I had two minor problems with my purchase. One was that the app kept crashing and I was unable to access my tickets. Luckily I did. Screen shots of the print option. The only other issue was that the catamaran tour could not find me listed for the tour. Eventually they did take me. Otherwise, no problems. I've used Get Your Guide in the past and have been completely satisfied with the service. I will continue to use this product. Good service; good options!

He was very knowledgable, cheerful and took us on a great backstreet tour with some hidden gems, as well as pointing out some main must sees. We learnt loads on this tour.

We had a wonderful trip to Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, and Belfast. Our driver was very knowledgeable and fun.

I've been getting reminders to rate both the tour and the agency persistently – what's interesting there is no way to turn off those unsolicited emails via a simple unsubscribe link at the bottom of the communication (is this even legal?). Instead they remind you in bold that you agreed to their Terms and Conditions which probably means you agreed to them spamming your inbox. Tour itself was no issue and worked as expected, but avoid their services if you don't want to be molested afterwards.

We booked 2 tours and 1 48 hour waterbus ticket through GetYourGuide. It was easy, affordable and fun! Only one of the tours was not worth it, but you need to check the reviews before booking. I have booked tours for Sicily earlier in the year however, due to Covid, the trip was cancelled. I was refunded in full for all trips booked easily. I will definitely use this site again 🙂

Easy to find best activities for every country, lot of useful skip-the-line tickets, always available, good customer service (will deal with service providers instead of you, if something goes wrong).

Our guide Marcin was extremely outgoing and spoke English very well! Excellent value for money, he even gave us a packet of biscuits at the end! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants a condensed and comprehensive tour of Warsaw.

Boat left late from Mykons to Delos. At the island we choose the English tour but the guide was keep translating in Spanish which after a while was a bit annoying. Boat to come back left earlier from the departure time. On the boat no windows allowed open and the A/C was just blowing warm air. With the masks on was hard to breath as it was too hot.

Delos was nice. Trip should be 1h longer so you have enough time to climb the mountain and return.

Love this company. I've used them many times now and with Covid have had to change / cancel and use the Chat online service often. Jim was our bus driver and tour guide throughout and he was fantastic. He has an absolute wealth of Scottish history which we found interesting and enjoyable, not sure if all his stories were strictly true, but he's layed back, funny and made our day really enjoyable. There were plenty of stops to enjoy the magnificent scenery and use the facilities, thank you again Jim for a superb day out, I highly recommend anyone to do this tour.

I did enjoyed the ride with bikes in Athens. Our tour guide was the best one. He gave us loads of info about Athens and he showed us some hidden spots known just by athenians. As well he gave us some 鈥榳hat to do' in Athens and on the islands tips. We had a stop for some traditional Greek ice cream with mastika. As well the the bikes was in a very good condition and easy to ride them. I did like that each bike had it's own name. Overall I do recommend this tour.

It was a fast, efficient, an easy way to find products and make up mind and get a service I paid for. It is also a wonderful experience when you can find alternatives, discounts and still have evidence of payment on your phone and email. I think it is really fast and the page loads fantastically. The service providers did not disappoint. They were professional and did their best to make us comfortable and happy in the moment. There were toilets nearby for those who were coming from far with little children ( it was an added bonus for us)

This was such an easy way to book the tour I just picked the date I was interested in and times were then available to choose from. The meet up place was a bit out of the way but the directions were easy to follow. The English speaking guide was fantastic with very interesting historical stories. We really felt like we had learnt a lot by the end and she recommended great places to visit after. Great value for money. Highly recommended

I use GetYourGuide quite often with my family, but this time although I booked my events in advance and prepared everything with precision (especially during Covid uncertain times) I was shocked by the info that my visit to Santiago Cathedral should be cancelled and it should take place on the other day togrther with pilgrim event when we were having other travelling planes. After many emails and telephone everything remain as it was stated but I was very upsed and dissoapointed (especially after driving so many kilometers to my destination).

This company trick people to buy Louvre tickets(拢45) when if you buy them from the actual Louvre website(拢17) it is much less. They claim that it comes with a boat trip but thats not what we wanted. We waited for ages for a person to come and give us our tickets at the Louvre -as they promised – and the person never came and we never got any notice about it and so we were waiting there for ages and we had to call them up and hassle them to just send us our tickets – even though my daughter who is 18 could've gone for free to the Louvre! An old couple there was also in the same position as us but were waiting there for hours – both exhausted and not knowing how to get in. Eventually after nagging a worker on the phone – the company finally send us our tickets and the old peoples tickets and refused a refund. Neither of us wanted their boat tour – we all thought that there were just the tickets everyone bought for the Louvre (and an old couple who can barely use their phone were at no fault). Arguably I should've checked thoroughly but either way this company did not provide us our tickets and we waited outside the Louvre for an hour for someone who wasn't coming. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
