Absolutely fabulous service. My claim was dealt with very promptly and professionally by the insurance team. Clear communications. The claim was also during the free credit period within a month of taking the policy due to an unexpected accident. Cannot recommend more.

After a month long search I finally narrowed my decision to trust Get Safe and I am SO glad I did! Their customer service is truly fantastic and their representatives must really enjoy their jobs!

Bad experience. Specifically with one of their reps, Sharice McDonald. Maybe I might get another quote at some time, but hopefully not from her!! So a few days ago I put in for a quote, and not even 20 seconds later she called. I told her I was busy and I'd like it if she can provide a quote over email for now. She replied with what I needed to supply information wise, and BAM I sent back the information in no time. Didn't hear anything back.

Get Safe rules I have felt so safe ever since I have had Get Safe Security and the customer service is amazing Rachel is my girl she helps with all my needs thank you Get Safe.

Excellent customer service. Ammad took a lot of time as I installed my system. Went through each step and took extra time to tell me about additional components I didn't know about. I signed up for two flood control devices, two windows shatter detectors and a couple of key fobs… NICE EXPERIENCE!

I love the sleek design and easy to install process. The rechargeable battery and AT&T 3G sim card provides peace of mind in case of power or internet outage. Extra hidden bonus is each of the devices have built in temperature sensors providing useful information for ones that have pets. I will be recommending this to all friends and family.

Setting up is easy and the price is absolutely adequate for the safety I get. $35 per month is affordable for their professional monitoring. Good thing!

Rachel was able to quickly respond to my questions on monitoring and pinpoint what products I was looking for. Provided a great offer. Went the extra step to check and give me the info on the city permit.

I just purchased GetSafe. I worked with Courtney Evans on the phone when I first called and she was truly the greatest. She was so patient with me while I was dealing with multiple calls after my home was broken into last week. We were on the phone an hour. It was a stressful time, but Evans took her time explaining all the components of the system while also offering to check on me the next day. Whenever you buy any product, the first indication a company gives you about their service is with how their representatives handle the sale; Evans passed that with flying colors. Maybe I'll become a spokesperson for the company and we'll replicate out call for a commercial. Thanks Courtney.

We recently had a theft of valuable jewelry from our home so I went online to check out home security systems. I narrowed the field down to two that seemed to provide what we need: an easy-to-use system that can "work around" our three large dogs while giving us peace of mind and round the clock monitoring. While I was online comparing, Courtney popped up at the GetSafe site and offered a chat. She was friendly, helpful, professional and made the interaction enjoyable. No "sell," just working to understand our needs and and providing an explanation of the benefits of GetSafe. After speaking with her, I didn't bother to talk with the other wireless solution company. I called her a few days later and completed the transaction. I'll come back and review the equipment and service after we've had it for a while. But for now I am more than happy to recommend putting GetSafe on your short list if you're looking for a home security system. The customer service is excellent at the start!

First time home buyer, first time dad, and first time security system owner. I have yet to have an issue with this company and system. I was not interested in contracts or renting equipment. This solved it for me. Also, our house is small and our neighborhood is quiet so a major security bundle wasn't needed. On top of that, our house has a really open floor plan so the motion detector covers the majority of the house. The starter kit was all I needed.

I've researched Vivint, ADT, Protection1, and other home security systems – and decided on GetSafe! I was surprised to find out that many of the competitors don't have a siren, smartphone app, and other features. I choose GetSafe because of the "customability", no contract membership, and expandability. No way am I going to be locked up in a 3-5 year contract and be obligated to pay up to $4,000 for home security! I'll stick to my $278… Thank you, GetSafe!

I placed my order today and with other reviews I have read I have no doubt this system will work the way its suppose to. I give my props to Ana (Customer Service Rep). Every question I had was dealt with a quick and informative response. She was very kind and professional. If others on her team serve customers like in my experience than I choose a great system and have no worries about them monitoring my home. 🙂

I am not the most techie of people and the customer service has been stellar. And, today I accidentally tripped the camera's motion sensor while armed, and the siren and lights were impressive.

Definitely glad that I went with this system! No buyer's remorse after two months. Responsive team. Works exactly like it's supposed to.

I purchased the GetSafe system for our new (older) home. The products all look great – much nicer appearance than my previous SimpliSafe system. The installation was very easy and it was also easy to add additional products to the basic system (I added a couple of motion sensors and a smoke alarm). Overall, GetSafe was easier to install than my SimpliSafe system and the GetSafe app works great!

I was given the GetSafe system to review it on my blog, but leaving this feedback was completely optional and all opinions are my own. The system was easy to install and easy to use. The video tutorial and customer support were excellent every step of the way. I would have no hesitation referring this system to anyone.

I researched security systems for some time before choosing GetSafe and pleased with my choice. My experience: Excellent customer service; responded immediately; friendly, no attitude; walked me through how to customize app as I am not tech savvy – very helpful. Responded to my many questions with a 'smile.' Pluses: works with both Android and iPhone (we use both in our family); able to operate system remotely; ability to customize; no contract for monitoring service – a big plus; took care of a couple of issues promptly. I also purchased camera motion detector and fob. Make sure you order batteries for optional equipment. Start up kit comes with batteries. Highly recommend.
