I was told if I bought three bottles of keto diet pills at 29.99 each, I would get two free. Three at 29.99 each equals 89.97 yet I was charged 149.95 which is the total of five bottles at 29.99. I called the number in the email I was sent. I left two voice messages and sent an email. I listened to a voice message saying my message would be returned in one business day. No one ever called back or answered my email. I called again and spoke with a Richard. At first he told me that each bottle was 29.99 and I had to pay for all five. I told him no….the advertisement said buy three get two free. He put me on hold for quite some time. Then he came back and said that I could have the five bottles for the 89.97 and my account would be credited. As I was on hold I looked up more information about this 'shark tank' approved company and found out it's a scam. When Richard came back on the phone, I told him I wanted a full refund and they could keep their pills. He told me that wasn't possible. I said I was going to the FTC for false advertisement and he said he would see what he could do, he put me on hold for about a minute and came back and said I would be receiving a full refund. I am currently waiting to see if that refund is going to happen. This evidently is a scam and there never was an episode of two sisters on Shark Tank with keto pills that the entire panel of business people endorsed. A total scam.
