Awesome training I enjoyed it very much

I am having the same problem as Andrew's review, had to pay 500$ now they are asking for 450 more. and i lost my license because the instructor was corrupt

Did a course with this RTO, forklift license, paid for the course, passed the course ,submitted my cert and money to licensing board, and received my hard card license. Wanted too have license to apply for jobs but went back too carpentry, several months later licensing board, contacts me ,i have to resit practical due too ,tutor at the time beening questionable of competency, I dot resit test, send license back to licensing board and now a year later, with no correspondence or discussion ,a debt collector now informs me that i owe them 300$ for I do not know? They don't want too discuss, don't answer their phone or reply to my messages as to want this is about, dubious act ,beware of this so called RTO

We booked my partner in to do his course through these guys. First day he got there at 7am, same time as everyone else doing the course as was advised was the start time. The trainer rocked up at 8am and told them he didn't know it was a 7am start.
Then the next week he went and was told to leave because of the new social distancing laws. Fair enough. Except the first he had heard of it was when he arrived on the day which meant a 2 hour unnecessary round trip for him. The trainer told him he had been advised the day before and when my partner said he hadn't received any communication regarding it the trainer said it was not his problem.
With everything going on, we understand the course is delayed etc so we asked for our money back. Since that conversation, all communication has ceased. We have sent 5 emails, 2 voicemails, 3 Facebook messages and tried to call multiple times with the line saying disconnected or straight to voicemail.

Don't go near this company.

Update: have since got in touch with an instructor who has hung up on us, told us we were rude, said he couldn't help and that he was the only one working and asked if we "knew what was going on in the world at the moment" as if that were an excuse to take our money with nothing to show for it.

Great experience acquiring my forklift liscence, very helpful instructor made the training easy and stress free.

they are the worst training organization i would not recommend them they have rude staff and are not very helpful

Kyle Stewart was the best accessor i have ever had. He has a lot of patience explain everything with a understanding. I will recommend this company and guy to all my friends and family. Myself and my mum were very greatful to have him today. Thanks heaps Zion and Charlotte Andrew

Sam was great, patient and understanding. I've had no experience in forklift or order picker. Sam explains everything so clear and makes you feel comfortable.
I would recommend anyone that are wanting tickets to go through get skilled.

I did my forklift license through this company only to find out 6 months later my license was not valid by the Office of Industrial Relations as the practical side of the testing was not carried out properly. I was offered a few retesting dates but due to being overseas & having the times they gave me falling in my current working hours and having to relocate interstate I was unable to attend. They then had the nerve to tell me I could test somewhere else for yet another approx $80 at my own expense. I have now lost not only $450 for the course but also the cost of my licence application of $94.70 and have ended up with nothing. I also found that they were difficult to contact now.

Absolutely hopeless. 15 staff were issued with fork lift licences, Office of Industrial Relations have now deemed them incompetent due to the trainer being not following procedures. All must now to redo it at no cost, but this lot can't be contacted. The company has obviously folded.

Great experience and great help from instructor Samuel. Was always given assistance at all times which helped me to pass my written assessment. This course has helped me develop knew skills and ideas as well as improving my learning of the workplace.

It was really a good experience Working with Sam, he was really helpful And cleared all our doubts completely.
