I ordered from Gerard cosmetics a couple of days ago and it was delivered pretty fast! The items I purchased were packed very well without any damages made to the products as well. Love the setting spray I got in two different fragrances which were the Rose and Jasmine Slay All Day spray. Really good products! Happy with my purchase

I ordered my products on Friday, they got here on Wednesday, which was way faster than I expected. The quality is amazing, the glitter lipsticks I ordered in three colors are super great and smells amazing too, which is much better than the chemical smells which is common in some products. The color payoff is intense, and it lasts for a long time!

My mom had bought the busted tha house ice cream shack collab they did w/ my queen rich lux & it came in good condition. All of the sprays were there, no leakage, no cracks or damages what's so ever. Never bought makeup from them,but, the delivery & products since the setting spray collab was bought it's pretty good & came in very good condition. I got the mint chocolate chip,but, the dreamsicle omg is the best & my all time favorite. Now I see why it's popular it smells sooo good.

Purchased 2x setting sprays after seeing them raved about on YouTube. Products arrived quick, however a few days later I got a bill from FedEx for 拢20, stating this was a bill for taxes. Contacted the company who stated I had to pay – this is even though their staff had told me prior to me ordering that there would be no extra charges and no taxes and that what I paid to them was the final amount. Needless to say I then endured a lot of emails in which they called me 鈥渂abe鈥?and 鈥渓ove鈥?which I found very patronising given I was complaining. They were not very helpful at all. They gave me a small amount back as a gesture, but this was less than half the taxes bill, so I was still out of pocket. They they insisted there was nothing they could do.
I鈥檝e had to pay fedex myself and will never use this company again. Considering the product was raved about on YouTube it really wasn鈥檛 great either (I really wanted to like it too!) so this whole experience has not only been stressful but a total waste of money!
Don鈥檛 use this company – it鈥檚 more hassle than it鈥檚 worth and ends up costing you more in the long run.

I've ordered a few times from this company and shipping is always fast. Lip products are great as well as setting sprays!
