Ordered a pair of Under Armour Ridge Reaper Boots that I paid in full for and got worthless shoes

I found a pair of Under Armour Ridge Reaper Boots that I wanted but couldn't find the size I needed until I found generalrecoveryservices and they had the size I needed and were the best price I had found. Maybe should have been a red flag but the order process seemed legit and was the same as ordering from any other website I'd been on. I got concerned when after 2 days I hadn't received any shipping or tracking information. Sent multiple emails through the website and finally got a reply from a private name email ( Andy Land ) he assured me that my purchase was in route and that I would receive tracking information within a few days. When I finally received tracking number and tracking information I entered the shipping numbers ( that I had gotten from Andy Land) into the shipping website and it came up that not allowed to track at this time. That happened until I received my package 12 days after order date. I got my package and it surely was not the boots I had ordered. I could tell by the shape of the package that it was shoes in the bag I have personal things shipped to my place of employment as do other people I work with. I assumed by the shape of the bag and the weight of it that it must have been some very light weight ( female ) shoes that my office manager had ordered ( DEFINITELY NOT UNDER ARMOR RIDGE REAPER BOOTS) so I put the package along with the daily mail on her desk ( she wasn't at work yet). She came in to work a little while later and walked up to me and handed me the same package that I had set on her desk earlier and it had my name on it and I thought oh no! Is this supposed to be my boots??? I ripped it open finding a pair of shoes that I wouldn't spend a dollar for! The soles are some sort of foam that I think if I bent the shoes in half they would break in 2. The canvas covering is the most cheapest garbage I've ever seen on a shoe. They are basically the worst bargain basement toilet water- water shoes I've ever seen. I wouldn't even waste a dollar to buy them for a gag gift for someone!! That's how worthless they are. I still have them if you want pictures. I've emailed that company and ( Andy Land) I think almost 50 times and the only reply I get is from ( Andy Land) almost daily we email each other I've told them my EXACT thoughts and feelings about them and my experience and the horrible product I received that I paid my hard earned money for. Our emails started at you have the shoes sorry you didn't get your boots but the shoes have value so just keep them and I fought and expressed my EXACT thoughts and LOTS of choice words and after starting at 20 percent refund and him / them raising the offer 5 percent almost every day he is at the offer of I keep the worthless shoes and they refund me 50 percent! I'm still fighting this with them almost every day. I want this company shut down or some how want it red flagged so more honest hard-working people don't get screwed like I did.
