Good prices and many parts in stock. However, the shipping charges are screwy. I've ordered one item the shipping was $7.99, but if I've ordered same and another small item, the shipping went up to $24.50. I've gotten the same item an OEM capacitor on Amazon shipped free for the price difference in shipping.

Thankfully I found out about your company after I cancelled my account with HD SUPPLY Solutions because their shipping department took 3-5 days before sending my refrigerants and always blamed it on EPA shipping issues. The 3rd time was A WEEK to ship out just one tank of r410a! Glad your location is closer to me also. THANK YOU FOR YOUR EASILY NAVIGATED WEBSITE DESIGN AND ORDERING PROCESS!

Very deceptive to promise free shipping. I even received a confimation with no freight. There are no indications that weight or size may not qualify. I will look for a new source.

My order was supposed to ship 3day. So far I’ ve not gotten any notice that it has shipped. I’ m wondering if it actually has. I have a customer with his boiler down right now. His hot water comes from an indirect tank off of the boiler.
I really need some communication.

Why is it taking forever for me to get my product? I paid somuch money for shipping and it is taking a very long time for me to get the product.

I had a little difficulty finding my item, part number changed. If at all possible please cross link old part #s with new part #s. Once found shipping was great and the product fit perfectly.

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. After confirming that the item would fit ,when it was received it was not wide enough. Not happy.

Your payment part of the order/ web site is horrible.
First it placed my order , then a confirmation was emailed. then I had to reorder because of shipping charges, then it wouldnt take my card and I had to use a different card.
VERY time consuming and at this point I dont know if I will get my order?? Or NOT???

The package had all the right part numbers but the contents of the bag looked pretty shop worn. I didn't have time yet to look up the specs and verify it is the right part. Hopefully it is.
