The customer service for this company is fantastic! I was missing one item from my order and they immediately took care of it for me. I've ordered the gemstone display cases for my GingerSnap jewelry and it's perfect for that. With the glass lid I can see my Snaps without opening each case to find what I want. The display cases are very durable. I've had mine for several years and they aren't scuffed at all. I've never received anything damaged and the other products I've ordered have been exactly as described. I will always buy from Gems. They have great products and I've never had to return any product I've gotten from them. Great prices and shipping too.

Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service. Due to possibly the shipping carrier the product had a small dent (the box looked a little worse for the wear). Gems on Display was prompt in getting a replacement item out to me, even before the other had been returned, and their staff was courteous both over the phone and by email.
